1Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. 2For by it the men of old gained approval. (Heb 11:1-2, NASB) 1信就是所望之事的實底，是未見之事的確據‧2古人在這信上得了美好的證據‧

And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. (NASB) 人非有信就不能得神的喜悅‧因為到神面前來的人，必須信有神 (祂就是)，且信他賞賜那尋求他的人‧
