本刊特稿 Special Manuscript 无锡新区工商分局获授权直接注册登记5000万美元以下的外资企业 Wuxi New District Industrial and Commercial Bureau is authorized to directly register foreign-owned enterprises with registered capital below 50 million dollars. 2011年10月31日，作为国内外资登记首批授权的国家高新技术产业开发区工商分局之一，无锡工商局新区分局“国家工商总局外商投资企业登记管理授权局”揭牌仪式在新区管委会隆重举行。授权后新区注册资本5000万美元以下的鼓励类、允许类外资项目及600万美元以下限制类外资项目将可实现就地注册登记，从而省却了中间审批环节，进一步便利企业落地发展。 On 2011 October 31,as one of the first batch of industrial and commercial bureaus in high and new tech development zones which are authorized to register foreign-owned enterprises，the opening ceremony of “Authorized Bureau by SAIC to Register and Manage Foreign-owned Enterprises” for Wuxi New District Industrial and Commercial Bureau was inaugurated in New District Administrative committee After the authorization，the encouraged and permitted foreign projects with registered capital below 50 million dollars and restricted foreign projects with registered capital below 6 million dollars in New District can be registered locally.
