2 Question Everyone is created by God, but not everyone is a child of God. How does a person become a child of God?

3 ? 1. Knowing the qualification of become a child of God: it is not earned, it is by grace and faith

4 By Grace and Faith “神爱世人，甚至将他的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信他的人，不至灭亡，反得永生” (约翰福音 3:16 )
 ”你 看 父 賜 給 我 們 是 何 等 的 慈 愛 、 使 我 們 得 稱 為 神 的 兒 女 “ (約 翰 一 書 3:1)

5 By Grace and Faith “你 們 得 救 是 本 乎 恩 、 也 因 著 信 、 這 並 不 是 出 於 自 己 、 乃 是 神 所 賜 的 .也 不 是 出 於 行 為 、 免 得 有 人 自 誇 。” (以 弗 所 書 2:8-9)

6 2. Admit sin “因 為 世 人 都 犯 了 罪 、 虧 缺 了 神 的 榮 耀 “ (羅 馬 書 3:23)
  “因 為 世 人 都 犯 了 罪 、 虧 缺 了 　 神 的 榮 耀 “ (羅 馬 書 3:23) “我 們 若 說 自 己 無 罪 、 便 是 自 欺 、 真 理 不 在 我 們 心 裡 了 。  我 們 若 認 自 己 的 罪 、 　 神 是 信 實 的 、 是 公 義 的 、 必 要 赦 免 我 們 的 罪 、 洗 淨 我 們 一 切 的 不 義 。” (約 翰 一 書 1:8-9)

7 3. Accept Jesus Christ as their saviour
“若 有 人 犯 罪 、 在 父 那 裡 我 們 有 一 位 中 保 、 就 是 那 義 者 耶 穌 基 督  他 為 我 們 的 罪 作 了 挽 回 祭 ． 不 是 單 為 我 們 的 罪 、 也 是 為 普 天 下 人 的 罪 .” (约 翰 一 书 2:1-2) “我 们 若 在 光 明 中 行 ， 如 同 神 在 光 明 中 ， 就 彼 此 相 交 ， 他 儿 子 耶 稣 的 血 也 洗 净 我 们 一 切 的 罪 。” (约 翰 一 书 1:7)

9 The law The 10 Commandments
『 你 要 盡 心 、 盡 性 、 盡 力 、 盡 意 、 愛 主 你 的 　 神 ． 又 要 愛 鄰 舍 如 同 自 己 。 』 (路 加 福 音 10:27)

10 Sin “凡 犯 罪 的 、 就 是 違 背 律 法 ． 違 背 律 法 就 是 罪 。” (約 翰 一 書 3:4)
神創造人原是要人享受與祂同在一起的快樂，但因各頑固人任性、偏行己路、背向真神，以致與神隔絕。這種向神任性的態度，使人對神漠不關心或公開反對，就是聖經所說的罪。

11 Question What should be the characteristic of a Christian from a moral non-believer?

12 Characteristic of Christ Life
1. A Christian is more sensitive to sin and not a slave to sin because: “因 為 知 道 我 們 的 舊 人 、 和 他 同 釘 十 字 架 、 使 罪 身 滅 絕 、 叫 我 們 不 再 作 罪 的 奴 僕 ． “ (羅 馬 書 6:6)

13 Characteristic of Christ Life
2. Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and he remains in us. Christ’s power transforms us and help us to overcome sin so that we can walk in the light with Him. We are trying to live a God-centered life and purify ourselves just as He is pure.

14 Characteristic of Christ Life
Our sins in the past or present have been forgiven by God because Jesus Christ died on the cross for us and he takes away our sins. “你 們 知 道 主 曾 顯 現 、 是 要 除 掉 人 的 罪 ． 在 他 並 沒 有 罪 。” (約 翰 一 書 3:5)
