4 平面e上箭头所指细胞核。该核的轮廓（断面）从平面c开始出现（聚焦），其左端（）刚好与禁线框的计数线相交。
The nucleus pointed by arrow  on plane e. The profiles (sections) of the nucleus start to appear (be in focus) on plane c, and its left end () just intersects the counting line of the forbidden-line frame.
