7 中国 – 中东欧国家合作机制的框架下 双边农业和食品行业合作的发展 Development of the Bilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Food within the Framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEE countries 举办在罗马尼亚首都，布加勒斯特，的第九届中国-中东欧国家农业经贸合作论坛期间，∙保加利亚共和国农业和食品部部长 瓦西尔·格鲁德夫和中华人民共和国农业部部长韩长赋于2014年10月29日签署了中国-中东欧国家农业合作促进联合会执行机 构 “谅解备忘录。Mr. Vassil Groudev, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Bulgaria and Mr. Han Changfu, Minister of Agriculture of the PRC, signed on October 29, 2014 Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China for the Establishment of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European Countries, during the participation of the two ministers in the Ninth Agro-trade and Economic Cooperation Forum between China and CEE Countries, which was held in Bucharest, Romania.

Development of the Bilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Food within the Framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEE countries 在保加利亚设立的中国-中东欧国家农业合作促进联合会执行机构将在自愿基础上邀请对双边和多边 农业合作感兴趣的国家和非政府机构、社会团体、商业组织、中国和16中东欧国的企业加入，作为 成员或参与者。To the established in Bulgaria Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the CEE Countries there will be invited as participants/members on a voluntary basis state and non-governmental structures, public and business organizations and companies from China and from the 16 CEE countries of the Initiative which are interested in cooperation in agriculture on a bilateral and multilateral basis.

Development of the Bilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Food within the Framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEE countries 双方认识到，作为中国和中东欧国家农业合作发展平台，联合会致力于促进关于农业行业投资、贸 易和科学技术的信息共享。Bulgaria and China recognize that, as an important platform for agricultural cooperation between China and the CEE countries, the Association will be committed to promoting information sharing regarding investment, trade and science in the agricultural sector.

10 中国 – 中东欧国家合作机制的框架下 双边农业和食品行业合作的发展 Development of the Bilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Food within the Framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEE countries 双方同意，联合会将促进中国和中东欧国家农业行业的合作：Bulgaria and China have agreed that the Association will play its due role in promoting cooperation in agriculture between China and the 16 countries of CEE through: 1.协调和促进中华人民共和国农业部和各个中东欧国家农业部之间的合作关系。1.Coordinating and promoting the cooperative relations between the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China and the respective Ministries of Agriculture of the 16 countries of CEE. 2. 采取措施，协调并举办活动以促进中国和16个中东欧国家之间农业行业的合作，如国际会议、座谈会和培训。 Adopting measures and coordinating and organizing activities that could facilitate agricultural cooperation between China and the 16 countries of CEE, such as targeted international meetings, symposiums and trainings etc.

Development of the Bilateral Cooperation in Agriculture and Food within the Framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEE countries 3.建立合作平台以协调举办在中国和16中东欧国家的活动，如中国-中东欧国家农业经贸合作论坛。 Establishing a cooperation platform to coordinate activities that are held in China or any of the 16 countries of CEE, such as the Agro-trade and Economic Cooperation Forum between CEE Countries. 4. 建立并交换中国和中东欧国家农业合作数据库Establishment and exchange of a database of agricultural cooperation between China and the CEECs. 5. 建立联系方式信息网，包括中国和中东欧国家的机构、组织、协会和企业以促进业务联系、信息家换和其他 共同关心的问题。Establishing a network of contacts between Chinese institutions, organizations, associations and enterprises and those in the 16 countries of CEE for facilitating business contacts, exchange of information and other topics of mutual interest.
