3 適性化測驗的要素： 1. 建立題庫 (龐大、難度、精確度、鑑別度、單向度) 2. 電腦技術 (一台電腦→50∼100人)
3. 龐大的統計資訊 (測試群組的程度、題目測試次數、洩題)

4 計分方式 (類似數學的十分逼近法) 考慮向度間的相互影響 (EX:手腳功能VS行動)

5 測驗結束的方式： 1. 固定題數終止 2. 目標訊息量終止

6 CAT的好處： 1.迅速 2.精確度高 3.立即回饋性(分數) 4.受試者的作答可迅速存錄檔案中作為病例或試題研究數據 5.多方式命題功能

Then, the screen will show the 1st testing item with animation. The animation is useful for professionals because it provides information on what a patient should do to obtain the highest score. In other words, the purpose of the animation is there for training and reminder. The STREAM-Cat is also user-friendly, because the criterion for each score is well-described. After you click on the score, you have to click on the “definite” button (which is at the bottom). This is to ensure that you are entering the “correct” score.
