Case present 40 years old, female Right sudden hearing loss for 3 days
Acute migraine attack Tx: Flunarizine 10mg sudden 不等於中風

Tc-99m SPECT cerebral blood flow
Grading scale: 1: no perfusion 5: fair perfusion 10: very good perfusion Epithiloid nuclear, cytoplastic inclusion , 診斷 atypia

Tc-99m CBF : Temporal lobe
D5 D25 D1 It usually originates from the AICA (~85%), also basilar artery(~15%) Right temporal lobe: 9/10 Left temporal lobe: 7/10 8/10, 8/10 9/10, 8/10 R/L: 9/7 R/L: 8/8 R/L: 9/8
