2 泌尿系统的组成 Kidney 肾 Ureter 输尿管 Bladder 膀胱 Urethra 尿道 功能：
排出体内的水溶性的代谢产物，如尿素、尿酸和多余的水分。

3 Kidney 肾 一、the shape of the kidney 是成对的实质性脏器，形似蚕豆
Superior and inferior end 上、下端 Medial and lateral border 内、外侧缘 Anterior and posterior surface前后面 是成对的实质性脏器，形似蚕豆

4 Renal hilum 肾门、 Renal Sinus 肾窦、 Renal Pedicle 肾蒂
肾内缘中部的凹陷，有前、后唇。 牵拉时可使肾门开大。有肾血管、肾 盂、神经、淋巴管等出入。 Renal Sinus肾窦 ： 由肾门向肾实质内深入形成的腔隙， 被肾血管、肾大、小盏、肾盂、脂肪等 充填。

6 三、position and capsule of kidney 肾的位置和被膜
The kidneys lie on posterior abdominal wall on either side of the vertebral column， behind the peritoneum (腹膜后隙内)，they are retroperitoneal organ. 两肾上端相距较近，下端斜向下外。 右肾较左肾稍低。 The hilum of kidney is at the level of first lumber vertebra.

7 与椎体的关系： Left kidney： superior end: 第12胸椎上缘； inferior end: 第3腰椎上缘。 右肾比左肾大约低半个椎体。
与第12肋的关系： the 12th rib crosses obliquely the upper third of the posterior surface of the right kidney,and the middle part of the left one.

8 三、 covering of kidney 肾的被膜
1） renal fascia 肾筋膜 ： 坚韧，分前、后两层包裹肾和肾上腺。在外侧两层融合，与腹横筋膜相续。在内侧肾前筋膜越过腹主动脉和下腔静脉，与对侧者相续；肾后筋膜与腰大肌、腰方肌筋膜汇合附着于椎体和椎间盘。 肾筋膜

9 在上方两层融合，与膈下筋膜相续。 在后面和边缘更为发达。对 肾有支持、保护作用，并可注入 药物。 为肾的固有膜，易于从肾表面
在下方两层筋膜互相分离，肾前筋 膜移行于髂窝的腹膜外组织中，肾后筋 膜与髂筋膜相愈着。两层间有输尿管通 过。 2) adipose capsule脂肪囊 : 在后面和边缘更为发达。对 肾有支持、保护作用，并可注入 药物。 3） fibrous capsule纤维囊 : 为肾的固有膜，易于从肾表面 剥离，手术或外伤时，应缝合。

在肾的冠状剖面上，肾实质分为 Renal Cortex 肾皮质、Renal Medulla 肾髓质 Renal Pyramid 肾锥体 Renal Cortex major renal calices肾大盏（2-3） Lesser renal calices肾小盏 (7-8个) 髓 质 Renal Column 肾柱 renal papillae肾乳头 Foramina of papillae 乳头孔 Renal Pelvis 肾盂

11 Renal segments 肾段 The kidney is divided into five segments and each is supplied by a branch of the renal artery; Superior segment 上段 Superior anterior segment 前上段 Inferior anterior segment 前下段 Inferior segment下段 Posterior segment 后段

膀胱位于小骨盆的前部，耻骨联合的后方。 Relation Anterior: pubical symphysis 耻骨联合 3、position and relation Posterior: Male: seminal vesicle 精囊、 ampulla ductus deferentis输精管壶腹、 rectum. Female: 子宫颈、阴道上部 Inferior: male: prostate 前列腺 female: urogenital diaphragm 尿生殖膈

17 与腹膜的关系： 空虚时全部位于骨盆腔内，充盈时膀胱腹膜反折线可上移至耻骨联合上方。

18 female urethre 女性尿道 长3-5cm，直径0.6cm，自尿道内口internal urethral orifice ，向前下方穿过尿生殖膈，开口于阴道前庭的尿道外口external urethral orifice 。 characteristics： wide,short and straight 宽、短、直，易于发生泌尿系感染。
