通过以上验证,我们认为AirQUIS系统的模型运算结果和实际监测结果是吻合的, 运算结果是可信的,因此,采用AirQUIS系统的模型运算分析工具,为“山西省大气污染防治总体规划”项目提供数据依据是科学的。 There was consistency in the two sets of data. Therefore AirQuis is a useful analytical tools and can be reliable for decision making.

近期规划目标大气污染控制方案建议:In short term 继续加大执行国家产业政策的力度,彻底关停取缔污染严重企业和生产设施;Close down highly-polluting enterprises 合理工业布局,降低污染负荷;Readjust layout of industries 扩大集中供热面积, 彻底改造“城中村”;Expand area of centralized heating 加快天然气开发和利用的步伐,进一步优化燃料结构;Promote used of clean fuels, such as natural gas 大力发展洁净煤技术,积极改变燃料结构;Develop clean coal technology 采取强有力的措施加大扬尘污染控制力度; Strengthen control of blown-up dusts 提高市区范围内锅炉脱硫除尘效率;Increase the efficiency of desulfurization and dedustilazation 加大焦化行业清理整顿力度。Manage coke industry

远期规划目标污染控制方案建议:In long term 制定更为严格的产业政策,使产业升级向更高层次迈进;Advanced industrial policies 大力发展循环经济,积极推进清洁生产和清洁审计;Recycling Economy 继续扩大集中供热范围,热化率要达到99%以上;99% above area of centralized heating 继续作好天然气的开发和利用工作,进一步优化燃料结构;Optimization of fuel structure 加大可再生能源利用技术的研发和推广,实现能源消费结构的多元化;Renewable energy research and development 积极开发研制甲醇、二甲醚等汽柴油产品的燃烧替代技术与设备,彻底治理汽车尾气尘污染;Vehicle emission control by developing methanol or DME vehicles 继续加大控制扬尘污染力度,力争到2015年各市绿化率在2010年的基础上再增加5个百分点。Control of blown-up dust and increase greenery area

大气污染防治总体规划的制定是一项非常重要的工作,然而将其赴诸实施更加重要!!! Modern AQM system has been initially established, which will be put into practice to play its role. The formulation of plan for air pollution prevention and control is very important while its implementation is more important.
