2 National Policy for Infrastructure Preparation in Japan 日本国基础结构建设的国家政策
1.Improving Teachers‘ Skills and Teaching Environment for Information-oriented Society(提高信息化社会中教师的技能及改善教学环境) All public schools should be able to get access to the internet(78.5%)(所有的学校都将能与互联网连通) All instructors should be able to use computers, and half of them should be implement computers in their teaching(40.3%).(所有的教师都能够使用计算机,其中一半的教师可以将计算机应用于教学活动中。) NEXT All public schools should be able to get it ready for the instructors and students to make the most of them in all classes.(所有的公立学校都能在所有的课室中为教师和学生提供相关的环境。)

3 Fostering Information Literacy in Children 培养学生的信息素养
Practical ability of using Information --the ability of collecting, judging, expressing, processing, and creating necessary information independently; analyzing the recipients, sending or communicating such information.(运用信息的技能:收集,判断,表达,处理和创作必需信息的能力;分析接收到的信息并进行发送和传递。 Scientific understanding of information-- such as basic theories and mechanisms of computer network.(对信息科学基本原理和机制的理解) Ability to participate in an information-oriented society --Understanding the social role, influence of information, or ethics and responsibilities regarding how to handle information.(信息化社会的生存能力:理解个体的社会角色,对信息的敏感度,处理和运用信息的道德和责任感。)

1.Skills that needs training to maste(必需掌握的技能) like “reading, writing, and calculating”(如:读,写,算) Role of School Education: (学校教育的任务)  Understanding significance in our society, (理解社会中信息的意义) ex; information ethics, the importance of information(信息道德, 信息的重要性) 2.Skills acquired interactively by providing learning environment (通过提供的学习环境在交往中获得技能) like “Listening and Speaking” (如:听和说) How to use equipment and software(怎样使用硬件设备和软件)

Project based activities in “integrated study“ (综合学习中基于方案的活动) (105 to 110 hours). In Junior High Schools(初级中学) Technology and Home Economics(技术与家政学) “Information and Computer” (compulsory) (信息与计算机:必修) (30 to 55 hours). In High School(高级中学) Establishment of New subject “Information”(compulsory)( “信息” 新主题的建立:必修) A: “Make use of Information” (运用信息) B:“Information and Computer” (信息和计算机) C:“Information and Our Society” (信息和我们的社会) (70 hours each)
