A 64 years old female patient came to our OS Dept. for painless swelling over her bilateral submandibular areas for 2 months. The swellings are 2.0 to 3.0 cm in size. The serologic data revealed the concentrations of IgG4 was 20 times greater than normal levels. An incisional biopsy was performed for diagnosis.

A 55 years old female patient came to our OPD for a firm, tender swelling mass over right submandibular area on and off for 1 to 2 years. Hot sensation is noted on palpation of the mass. Mild fever is also noted. An incisional biopsy was performed for diagnosis.
