26 How to renew a book Books can be renewed online before the due date （图书在到期之前可在线续借） The renewal period starts from the day the book is successfuly renewed （续借期从该书成功续借的那一天开始计算） For undergraduate students, the renewal period is 90 days if not recalled. For graduate students, the renewal period is 180 days. （对于本科生，未被催还的图书续借期为90天；研究生为180天） Any books that are overdue or recalled cannot be renewed （过期或被催还的图书不能续借）

Interlibrary Loan (馆际互借) Location: 1st Floor Main Library (主馆一楼） Service through which users may borrow books from other libraries (读者可从其它图书馆借书的一种服务) Book Recommendation (荐书) Recommend a purchase and track the purchasing process (通过系统推荐图书并跟踪其到馆过程)

28 Fines Overdue Books (逾期图书) Lost or Damaged Books (丢失或损坏的图书)
Ordinary: O.1 RMB/Day (一般情况：0.1元/天) Recalled: 1.0 RMB/Day (Excluding Winter & Summer vacation) (经催还后逾期：1元/天，寒暑假不计) Reimbursment made at any Circulation desks with either cash or SJTU Student ID (用现金或校园卡在图书馆流通台支付) Lost or Damaged Books (丢失或损坏的图书) Replace damaged book with a new one and an additional 5.0 RMB fee (购买新书偿还旧书，并支付5元人民币) Reimbursement made following relevant policies (根据相关政策进行支付)

34 Terms of use Users are contracted by university policy to avoid the use of any web downloaded tool for the purpose of getting the resources from the databases purchased or built by SJTU Library （用户受学校政策约束，不可使用任何网络下载工具来获取上海交大图书馆购买或建立的数据库资源）

35 Terms of use Users are allowed to continuously download up to 30 journal articles from a single database. Excessive downloading can be subject to an inspection (用户可以从一个数据库中连续下载最多30篇期刊文章。 过度下载可能会受到检查)

36 Terms of use For safety purposes, users must not share their jAccount with others. If found out, it will lead to the closure of your jAccount. You are adviced to set a complex password. （为安全起见，用户不得与他人分享他们的jAccount。 如果被发现，将会关闭jAccount。 建议您设置一个复杂的密码）

38 Terms of use Users are contracted by University policy to avoid the use of any web downloaded tool for the purpose of getting the resources from the databases purchased or built by SJTU Library. （用户受学校政策约束，不能使用任何网络下载工具来获取上海交大图书馆购买或建立的数据库资源）

39 Terms of use Penalties might be imposed on violators according to their behaviors. Violators are responsible for all the legal consequences they caused. （如果发生了违反规定的行为，用户可能会被处罚。违反者对其所造成的所有法律后果承担责任）

41 Network Service All SJTU libraries are covered by SJTU Wi-Fi, which could be accessed with users’ jAccount （图书馆实现了无线网络全覆盖，用户可以通过jAccount登录使用） There are two computer rooms located in the Main Library and the Pao Yue-Kong Library. Users could swipe their SJTU student ID cards at the entrance of the room and use the computers and other facilities there freely （主馆和包玉刚图书馆各有1间电子阅览室，师生可在图书馆入口处刷校园卡免费使用）

Monday till Sunday: 8:00 – 22: 周一到周日：8:00-22:00 Except during public holidays, summer and winter vacations 公休日、寒暑假除外 Usage Requirement（使用要求） ≧ 1 teacher or ≧ 3 students 一位或以上教师/三位或以上同学 Reservation must be made at least 1 hour in advance 至少提前一小时预约 Reservation can be made for a length of 1 hour to 4 hours at most 可以预约一至四小时
