2 報告內容 請參照實驗課本6~97-6~99頁, 同學若找不到課本上的阻值, 請用鄰近的阻值就可以了. 報告內容須包含:         理論推導 , Pspice模擬 , 計算數值 , 示波器圖形 , 錄製AVI檔 一併上傳至eCampus.

10 如何計算增益? Ic = (Vcc-Vce) / Rc *gm = Ic / nVt = ( 9v – 4.15v) / 5.1K
在未加上VS交流訊號時,用三用電表測出的數值 VBB = 1.05V , VBE = 0.61V , VE = 0.48V , VCE = 4.15V Ic = (Vcc-Vce) / Rc = ( 9v – 4.15v) / 5.1K = 0.95mA nVt (n=1) = 300°k / 11600 = v *gm = Ic / nVt = 0.94mA / 0.026 = S *rπ= β * 1 / gm = 185 * 1 / 0.036 = 5000

11 如何計算增益? rL = RC // RL = 5.1k // 5.1k = 2.55k (輸出總負載)
Vout = -gm*Vπ*rL = * 0.61 * 2.55k = V Vin = Vπ+ VE = Vπ+ ( ie * RE ) = Vπ+ ( ib + gm*Vπ) RE = Vπ+ [( Vπ/ rπ) + gm*Vπ] RE = { 1+ [ ( 1 / rπ)+gm ] RE } Vπ = { 1+ [ ( 1 /5000) ] 510 } *0.61 = V

12 如何計算增益? 4.Av = Vout / Vin = -55.998V / 11.87V = -4.72
= (-gm*Vπ*rL ) / { 1+ [ ( 1 / rπ)+gm ] RE } Vπ = (-gm*rL ) / { 1+ [ ( 1 / rπ)+gm ] RE } = (-gm*rL* rπ) / [ rπ + ( 1+ gm* rπ ) RE ] = (-β*rL ) / [ rπ + ( 1+ β) RE ] = (-185*2.55k ) / [ ( ) 510 ]= -4.72 註 : If ( 1 + β ) RE >> rπ Av = - ( rL / RE ) 2. If RE 並上一大電容 Xce = 1 / ( 2π* f * CE ) f →∞ => Xce→0 Av = -gm*rL = *2.55k = -91.8

13 如何計算增益? 5. Vin = { 1+ [ ( 1 / rπ)+gm ] RE } Vπ = 11.87 V ib = Vπ/ rπ
r ib = Vin / ib ={ [ 1+ [ ( 1 / rπ)+gm ] RE ] } / (1 / rπ ) = rπ + ( 1 + gm *rπ )RE = rπ + ( 1+ β) RE 註 : 1. If 由5式得知 r ib 會因RE上升而增加 2. If 並上CE電容 => Xce = 0 => r ib = rπ

14 如何計算增益? 6. rin = RB // rib = 8.7k // 5k = 3.18k 7.Avs = Vout / Vs
= ( Vout / Vin ) / ( Vin / Vs ) =Av * [ rin / ( Rs + rin ) ] = * [ 3.18k / ( 1k k )] = -69.8
