希伯来书 12:1-2 12 我们既有这许多的见证人，如同云彩围着我们，就当放下各样的重担，脱去容易缠累我们的罪，存心忍耐，奔那摆在我们前头的路程， 2 仰望为我们信心创始成终的耶稣。他因那摆在前面的喜乐，就轻看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦难，便坐在神宝座的右边。 3

Hebrews 12:1-2 12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 4

1. 一、读圣经能帮助你明白自己要往哪里去。 虽然你无法预见将来，也不完全清楚自己要往何处去，但神的话语会引导你："求你用你的话使我脚步稳当，不许什么罪孽辖a制我"(诗119:133)

2. 二、读圣经能给你智慧。 认识耶和华是智慧成熟的开端："耶和华的律法全备，能苏醒人心；耶和华的法度确定，能使愚人有智慧。"(诗19:7)

3. 三、读圣经能帮助你获得成功。 当你按着圣经的教导生活时，你的生命就会产生果效："这律法书不可离开你的口，总要昼夜思想，好使你谨守遵行这书上所写的一切话；如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事利。"(书1:8)

4. 四、读圣经能帮助你过圣洁的生活。 为了要能享受更多神的同在，你一定要过圣洁、纯净的生活。在成为圣洁之前，你必须要先被神的话语洁净："少年人用什么洁净他的行为呢？是要遵行你的话语。"(诗199:9)

5. 五、读圣经能帮助你顺服神。 你若不知道神的律法，又怎能顺服那些律法呢？"耶和华啊，求你将你的律例指教我，我必遵守到底。求你赐我悟性，我便遵守你的律法，且要一心遵守。求你叫我遵行你的命令，因为这是我所喜乐的。"(诗119：33-35)

6. 六、读圣经能带给你喜乐。 没有神的话语在心里，就无法免去心中的忧虑和不安："耶和华的训词正直，能快活人心；耶和华的命令清洁，能明亮人的眼目。"(诗19:8)

7. 七、读圣经能帮助你在信心中成长。 没有阅读与聆听神的话语，就无法在信心中成长："可见，信道是从听道来的，听道是从基督的话来的。"(罗10:17)

8. 八、读圣经可以帮助你寻得救赎。 你若不阅读神的话语，就无法知道自己需要脱离哪些罪的捆绑："你们若常常遵守我的道，就真是我的门徒；你们必晓得真理，真理必叫你们得以自由。"(约8：31-32)

9. 九、读圣经能带给你平安。 神要给你这世界不能给的平安，但你一定要先读他的话语，才能在其中找到那平安："爱你律法的人大有平安，什么都不能使他们绊脚。"(诗199:165)

10. 十、读圣经能帮助你分辨善恶。 今日社会事事都是相对的，若没有神的话语，你怎能确定什么是对的，什么是错的？"我将你的话藏在心里，免得我得罪你。"(诗9:11)

约翰一书 2:15-17 15 不要爱世界和世界上的事。人若爱世界，爱父的心就不在他里面了。 16 因为凡世界上的事，就像肉体的情欲、眼目的情欲并今生的骄傲，都不是从父来的，乃是从世界来的。 17 这世界和其上的情欲都要过去，唯独遵行神旨意的，是永远常存。 18

1 John 2:15-17 15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. 16 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. 17 The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. 19
