是羞辱與痛苦記號；神愛子主耶穌， 為我們被釘死，這十架是我最愛最寶。 各各他山嶺上，矗立古舊十架， 是羞辱與痛苦記號；神愛子主耶穌， 為我們被釘死，這十架是我最愛最寶。 On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, The emblem of suff’ring and shame, And I love that old cross where the dearest and best for a world of lost sinners was slain.

2. 這古舊十字架，被世人所輕視， 我卻以十架為寶貴； 神愛子主耶穌，捨棄天堂榮華， 願背負十架往各各他。 O that old rugged cross, so despised by the world, Has a wondrous attraction for me; For the dear Lamb of God left His glory above To bear it to dark Calvary.
