Acts:17: 26-27 使徒行傳 17:26-27 From one man he made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live. 祂從一本造出萬族的人、住在全地上、並且豫先定準他們的年限、和所住的疆界．
God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. 要叫他們尋求神、或者可以揣摩而得、其實祂離我們各人不遠．
His Time 神所定的時間 …he determined the times set for them. …神為人訂立當行之時 Psalm 139:16 All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. 你所定的日子、我尚未度一日、你都寫在你的冊上了。 (詩篇 139：16)
His Place 神所定的地點 …he determined…the exact places where they should live. 神為人決定其安居之地。
