Make Sandwiches

Cheese and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients（材料） two slices of toast 兩片吐司 some butter 一些(抹麵包用的)奶油 an egg    一顆蛋 one cucumber    一條小黃瓜 a slice of cheese 一片起司

Steps （步驟） 1. Put a toast into an oven or a toaster to reheat until it turns golden brown. 把吐司放進烤箱或烤麵包機內，加熱到焦黃色。 2.  Spread the butter over each slice of the toast (one side each). 每一片吐司抹上奶油 (每片一面即可)。

Steps （步驟） 3. Fry the egg and then cut the cucumber into small pieces. 煎好蛋，把小黃瓜切小片。 4.  Put the egg, cheese and the small pieces of cucumber between two slices of the well-buttered toast. 把蛋、起司和小黃瓜片，夾在已抹好奶油的兩片吐司中間。

Ham and Egg Sandwich

Ingredients（材料） two slices of toast 兩片吐司 some butter 一些(抹麵包用的)奶油 an egg    一顆蛋 one piece of lettuce     一片(萵苣)生菜 a slice of ham 一片火腿

Steps （步驟） 1. Put a toast into an oven or a toaster to reheat until it turns golden brown. 把吐司放進烤箱或烤麵包機內，加熱到焦黃色。 2.  Spread the butter over each slice of the toast (one side each). 每一片吐司抹上奶油 (每片一面即可)。

Steps （步驟） 3. Fry the egg. 4. Put the egg, ham and the lettuce 煎好蛋。 4.  Put the egg, ham and the lettuce between two slices of the well- buttered toast. 把蛋、火腿片和生菜，夾在已抹好奶油的兩片吐司中間。

Fruit Sandwich

Ingredients（材料） two slices of toast 兩片吐司 some butter 一些(抹麵包用的)奶油 some kiwis 一些奇異果 some strawberries 一些草莓

Steps （步驟） 1. Put a toast into an oven or a toaster to reheat until it turns golden brown. 把吐司放進烤箱或烤麵包機內，加熱到焦黃色。 2.  Spread the butter over each slice of the toast (one side each). 每一片吐司抹上奶油 (每片一面即可)。

Steps （步驟） 3. Cut the fruits into small pieces. 把水果切小片。 4.  Put the small pieces of fruits between two slices of the well-buttered toast. 把水果片夾在已抹好奶油的兩片吐司中間。
