Arbitration Agreement
Arbitration Agreement Article __：All disputes arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to the China International Economic Trade Arbitration Commission for settlement by arbitration in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules. The award rendered by the commission shall be final and binding on both parties.
