Gallbladder and Bile ducts 目前超声诊断仪能常规显示左右肝管、肝总管及胆总管。正常胆管纵切面图像为相应门静脉前壁的管道,壁为纤细光滑的高回声带,管道内为无回声区。 左、右肝管内径一般不超过2mm,肝总管内径3 ~ 4mm,胆总管内径6 ~ 8mm。
