Job 1:1-3 1 There was a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job, and that man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil. 1 烏斯地、有一個人名叫約伯．那人完全正直、敬畏 神、遠離惡事。 2 There were born to him seven sons and three daughters. 2 他生了七個兒子、三個女兒．
Job 1:1-3 3 He possessed 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 yoke of oxen, and 500 female donkeys, and very many servants, so that this man was the greatest of all the people of the east. 3 他的家產有七千羊、三千駱駝、五百對牛、五百母驢、並有許多僕婢．這人在東方人中就為至大。
Job 1:4-5 4 His sons used to go and hold a feast in the house of each one on his day, and they would send and invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. 4 他的兒子、按著日子、各在自己家裡設擺筵宴、就打發人去、請了他們的三個姐妹來、與他們一同喫喝。
Job 1:4-5 5 And when the days of the feast had run their course, Job would send and consecrate them, and he would rise early in the morning and offer burnt offerings according to the number of them all. For Job said, "It may be that my children have sinned, and cursed God in their hearts." Thus Job did continually. 5 筵宴的日子過了、約伯打發人去叫他們自潔．他清早起來、按著他們眾人的數目獻燔祭．因為他說、恐怕我兒子犯了罪、心中棄掉 神。約伯常常這樣行。
Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. 你們作父親的、不要惹兒女的氣、只要照著主的教訓和警戒、養育他們
1 Corinthians 4:15-16 15 For though you have countless guides in Christ, you do not have many fathers. For I became your father in Christ Jesus through the gospel. 你們學基督的、師傅雖有一萬、為父的卻是不多、因我在基督耶穌裡用福音生了你們。 16 I urge you, then, be imitators of me. 所以我求你們效法我。
