摘要 Abstract 本研究引入社会资本理论和人际情报网络，根据现有社会技术、信息需求等环境的变化，结合云南高校图书馆信息服务发展的现状，提出了利用现有各高校图书馆有效人力资源，组建具有共同目标和利益的信息服务团队，开创web2.0时代的新型信息服务模式。 2019/1/16

Abstract This paper deploys concepts from social capital theory and human intelligence network for building information service team. It reviews the rapid change in information technology and the new demands for information service and examine the state of the college and academic libraries in Yunnan. A “node” represents an individual or a group of individuals; a line represents relationship between two or more people.
