当年夜半，天际传来荣耀远古歌声。 天使屈膝临近尘寰，欢然手拨金琴， “地上平安，人类蒙恩，来自荣耀君王！” 当夜大地肃然静候，齐听天使歌声。 It came upon the midnight clear, That glorious song of old, From angels bending near the earth To touch their harps of gold: "Peace on the earth, good will to men, From heaven's all-gracious King." The world in solemn stillness lay To hear the angels sing.
如今天使依旧来临，展开和平翅膀， 天歌妙音轻轻传来，安慰疲乏世人， 天军欢然展开双翼，俯视愁苦群生， 万邦扰攘喧闹声中，仍听天使歌声。 Still through the cloven skies they come With peaceful wings unfurled, And still their heavenly music floats O'er all the weary world; Above its sad and lowly plains They bend on hovering wing, And ever o'er its Babel-sounds The blessed angels sing.
