定義 Definition Disability refers to the total or partial loss of the function of the body or mind; loss of any part of the body in whole or in part; also refers to the malfunctioning, deformity, or destruction of part of the body, or affecting the understanding of reality, emotion or judgment, or inducing behavior Disorder or illness disorder, learning difficulties. Disability also refers not only to existing disability, but also to disability that once existed, may exist in the future or is considered to exist. People encounter various problems in physiology, psychology and society. Disability is a situation in which disability occurs at one or more of the above levels, that is, the disability of the body's function or structure, the limited ability to perform activities, or the obstacles to participation. 殘疾是指身體或心智的機能的 全部或局部喪失;全部或局部 失去其身體任何部分; 亦指 身體部份機能失常、畸形或損 毀,或影響對現實情況的理解、 情緒或判斷、或引致行為紊亂 的失調或疾病、學習困難。殘 疾亦不單指現存的殘疾,更包 括曾經存在的、將來可能存在 的或被認為存在的殘疾。人士 在生理、心理與社會中遇到的 各種問題。 殘疾就是在以上一個或多個層 面出現失能的情況,即身體功 能或結構出現傷殘、活動能力 受到限制或參與遇到障礙。
"The lifestyle of physically handicapped people" “肢體殘障人士的生活方式” "The lifestyle of physically handicapped people" 他們會使用輔助工具來幫助自己也經常需要人們幫助。無障碍電梯、廁所,地鐵上也有固定輪椅的扶手,一 些比較細節的地方諸如坡道、站台階、公共服務機構的門庭,都有考慮殘疾人的使用因素。還有些問题會嚴 重影響他們在就業與人際交往甚至婚姻家庭等社會活動的参與状况。 They use assistive tools to help themselves and people often need help. Barrier-free lifts, toilets, and handrails for fixed wheelchairs are also available on the subway. Some of the more detailed places such as ramps, station steps, and public service agencies have all taken into account the use of handicapped people. There are also some problems that will seriously affect their participation in social activities such as employment and interpersonal communication, and even marriage and family.
The difficulties of physically handicapped people 肢體殘障人士的困難 The difficulties of physically handicapped people 調查發現有49%在參加社會活動時受到環境阻礙,有43%在使用商場或戲院等設施時遇困難,40%於兩個月內少於一次外 出,有14%甚至足不出戶。此外,有57%認為社會大眾對無障礙城市認識不足,70%指公眾對殘疾人士及長期病患者認識 不足。社會無障礙設施不足,公眾亦缺乏教育,產生很多誤解和歧視。 The survey found that 49% of them had been hindered by the environment when they participated in social activities, 43% had difficulties when using facilities such as shopping malls or cinemas, 40% had less than one outing within two months, and 14% had even left home. In addition, 57% believe that the general public does not know enough about barrier-free cities, and 70% means that the public does not know enough about people with disabilities and chronically ill patients. Social barrier-free facilities are inadequate and the public lacks education, resulting in many misunderstandings and discrimination
肢體殘障人士的特徵 Characteristics of physically handicapped persons 身體缺少了雙腿無法像一般人走路或自理生活、部份生活自理上需要協助限制了上學、出外活動或就業的機會敏感多疑自尊心強。殘疾狀態會導致肢體注意力情緒不穩定但富有同情心。他們對外界的情緒反應強烈,容易與別人發生衝突。而殘疾人對殘疾人有特別深厚的同情心,卻較少與非殘疾人交流,The body lacks the legs cannot be like the average person walks or takes care of oneself life, part of the life oneself need to help limit the school, out of activities or employment opportunities sensitive paranoid self-esteem strong. Characteristics of physically handicapped persons The body lacks legs. Inability to walk or take care of oneself life is limited by the ability to move to school, out of activities or employment, and to help limit the opportunities for attending school, out of work or employment, and the sensitive and paranoid self-esteem. Disability can cause physical attention to be unstable but compassionate. They react strongly to external emotions and are prone to conflict with others. People with disabilities have a deep sympathy for people with disabilities, but they are less likely to communicate with non-disabled persons, in addition to the reasons for "fails". The circle of people with disabilities is relatively small, and the surrounding environment is different from that of ordinary people, so it forms some special character characteristics, such as eccentric and inferiority. The character characteristic of the limb disabled person mainly manifests as yield and self-restraint, "endure" the word pledge, only then can explode when unbearable.
