Admit 承認自己的不完美，是一個有罪的人。 Believe 相信耶穌是真神，是救主，是生命之主。 Confess 決志祈禱，接受耶穌到自己的心中。 決志的禱告： 天上的父神，我感謝祢。祢為我的罪被釘死在十字架上。 我現在願意打開心門，接受耶穌作我的救主和人生的主宰，感謝祢赦免我的罪，求祢引導我的一生，作一個祢所喜悅的人。奉耶穌的名禱告，阿們。
