前言Preface 电动自行车作为一类新型的交通工具,从上世纪九十年代中末开始在中国得以普遍使用,由于电动自行车具有轻便省力,安全,无噪声和无污染,充电方便,免交机动车各种费用及适用老人、妇女和儿童使用而越来越受到人们的喜爱,据统计至2006年中国市场保有量约为2800万辆,年需求蓄电池量约为13000万只(包括替换电池)。进入2018年后电动自行车的需求量将大幅度的增长,估计到2018年底国内市场的保有量将达到1.4亿辆,蓄电池的年需求量约为40000万只(包括替换电池)。目前全国生产电动自行车的企业约有1400余家,最大的企业年生产量为60万辆,全国生产电动自行车蓄电池的企业约有300余家,最大的企业浙江天能蓄电池公司2018年产值约为1200亿人民币。

Preface E-bike as a kind of new type of transportation, since the late 1990 s was widely used in China, because the E-bike is light, safety, noiseless and pollution-free, convenient charging, exempt from all kinds of expenses for motor vehicles and suitable for the elderly, women and children and loved by more and more people. According to statistics, up to 2006, the market volume of E-bike in China was about 28 million, and the annual demand for E-bike batteries was about 130 million pcs(including replacement batteries). After 2018, the demand for E-bike will increase substantially. It is estimated that by the end of 2018, the domestic market volume will reach 140 million, and the annual demand for E-bike batteries will be about 400 million (including replacement batteries). At present, there are about 1,400 enterprises producing E-bike in China, and the largest enterprise has an annual production capacity of 600,000; There are about 300 enterprises producing electric bicycle batteries nationwide, and the largest enterprise Zhejiang TIANNENG battery Co.,Ltd will has an output value of about 120 billion RMB in 2018.

动力铅酸蓄电池发展状况 E-bike lead-acid battery development 最初 九十年代末使用的电动自行车用密封式铅酸蓄电池属滞后性产品,由于初期的电动自行车在选型配套的铅酸蓄电池产品时,国内电池业尚未开发这类动力型蓄电池,因此电动自行车生产厂商只能在原有的小型阀控制密封式铅酸蓄电池系列产品中筛选 。由于小型阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池主要是作为UPS、应急灯等备用电源使用,其使用状态为长时浮充短时放电状态,被选为电动自行车的动力源后,由于蓄电池的使用特性发生了较大的变化,因此,在许多功能上难已满足电动自行车的使用要求,当时选定的6-FM-12型小型阀控密封式铅酸蓄电池2h率放电容量只有8Ah左右,70%深放电循环次数实验室数据不足100次,续驶里程只有20km左右,使用寿命不足3个月。所以最初的电动自行车由于电池的质量引发了诸多的的实际问题。

E-bike lead-acid battery development Initial:In the late 1990s, The sealed lead-acid battery for E- bicycle belongs to lag product, because when the early E- bike in the selection of forming a complete set of lead-acid battery products, domestic battery industry has not yet developed this kind of dynamic type batteries, E-bike manufacturers therefore select only in the original small valve control sealed lead-acid battery series products as selection option. Due to the small valve-control sealed lead-acid battery mainly are used as UPS, emergency lights, such as back-up power use, Its using state is long - time floating charge and short - time discharge. After being selected as the power source of E-bike, great changes have taken place due to the using characteristics of the battery, therefore, in many functions it is difficult to meet the requirements of the use of E-bike, The 6-fm-12 small valve-controlled sealed lead-acid battery whcih was selected at that time had only a discharge capacity of about 8Ah at 2hour rate, The laboratory data of 70% deep discharge cycle times is less than 100 times, The distance to continue driving is only about 20km, service life is less than 3 months. Therefore, the original E-bike had a lot of practical problems due to the quality of the battery.

总结Conclusion 总之,动力电池的生产过程质量的管控是关键,人(员工培训)、机(设备的合理性)、料(材料的标准)、法(制定操作规范)、环(环境因素)缺一不可. In a word, the quality control of the production process of E-bike battery is the key factor, and human (Labor training), machine (Rationality of equipment), material (Standard of material), rule (Operation specification) and environment (environmental factors) are indispensable.
