主页 HomePage 先按「数据更新」向系统拿取用户数据 再按「成品检查报告」 Press “Update Setting” to retrieve account information, Then press “Inspection Report” 4

查询成品报告 Report Search 2. 1. 3. 1. 顶部会出现「本机已生成报告」和「在线已上传报告」 Tab of “Local Report” and “Online Report” are created on the top 2. 按下右上角的 来编写一份新的报告 Press the icon on the top right to generate a new report 3. 3. 按 来修改过往报告 Press the “edit” button to amend the previous reports 5

Garment Inspection Report 成品检查报告 Garment Inspection Report 顶部将会列出报告所需的各个部份； 基本数据、生产进度、 核对项目、照片与疵点、 结果总结、工厂签名 Different parts of the report will be listed on the top General Information, Production Status, Checklist, Photo and Defects, Result Summary, Signature     6

基本数据 General Information 按表格标题填入合适内容 如工厂、款号、AQL标准等 Input suitable information into the blankets E.g Factory, Style#, AQL Standard etc     7

生产进度 Production Status 按进度填入开始及完成时间、完成进度 Input the Starting and Completing Date, with the Complete % 8

核对项目 Checklist 指出各项目的核对情况； 「已核对」、「未完备」及「不适用」 Indicate the status of different items: “Accept”, “Reject”, and “N/A”     9

照片与疵点 Photo and Defects 按下 拍照，记下疵点 按下 拍照，记下疵点 Press the button to shoot the defects 10

工厂签名 Signature 3. 1. 1. 按表格标题填入合适内容 工厂代表可于签名格内签署 Input suitable information into the blankets Factory Representative sign in the signature blanket 2. 在表格底部填上接收者的电邮地址 Input the receiver email in the bottom of the table 3. 完成后按左上角的返回图示 Press the “Back Button” on the top left corner to save the defects 14

上载成品报告 Report Upload 1. 按 图示上载报告 按 图示上载报告 And press the “Upload” Button to upload the report 2. 完成上载后，图示将会变成 报告亦可于「在线已上传报告」栏中找到 Once the report is uploaded, the “Upload” button will be changed Report could be found under the “Online Report” tab 15

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function Order Recap (系统自动导入功能)，是指用户可以先用Excel表格将 报告中的基本数据(如工厂名称，订货数等) 预先上载至后台 http://comlink.hk ，当用户于平板中填写PO 或款号后，可向后台 拿取其他基本数据填写至适当位置，节省手动输入时间。 18

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function 1. 登入后台*，下载 「Order Recap Template」 并填写相关数据 Login backend, download “Order Recap Template” and fill in suitable information 2. 上载已填写**的Template Upload the filled Template * 后台连结: Http://comlink.hk Backend Linkage: Http://comlink.hk ** 上载前请确保Excel 内的Customer, Factory及Product Categories 已在后台登记 ** Make sure Customer, Factory and Product Categories in the excel template are set in the backend 17

数据更新 Update Setting 回到平板操作，按「数据更新」更新平板数据 Return to tablet operations, press “Update Setting” to update tablet data 18

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function (Style#) 3. 1. 输入Style No. Input Style No. 2. 输入后按 图示，及「由后台数据导入」 Press after input, and press “Import from Order Recap” 3. 相同款号的PO将会显示出来，用户可多选PO同时验货 PO of same style will be displayed and users can choose multiple PO for quality check simultaneously 3. 19

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function (Style#) Cont’ 系统自动将己选PO的订单数加总，走货期则依最早走货的PO，「PO No / Job No」會顯示所有已選PO System will sum up delivery quantity of chosen PO, Delivery Date will be based on the earliest deliver day PO, “PO No / Job No” will display all chosen PO 此方法可以导入多张PO资料 This method can recap Multiple PO Information 20

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function (PO#) 3. 1. 输入PO No / Job No Input PO No / Job No 2. 输入后按 图示，及「由后台数据导入」 Press after input, and press “Import from Order Recap” 3. 系统会查询是否确认覆盖数据，请按「是」 System requires confirmation to override, then press “OK” 3. 21

系统自动导入功能 Order Recap Function (PO#) Cont’ 系统会自动填写该PO的基本数据 System will automatically fill in general information 此方法只能导入一张PO资料 This method can only recap ONE PO Information 22
