世界和其上的情慾 The world and its desires 因為凡世界上的事，就像肉體的情慾，眼目的情 慾，並今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，乃是從世 界來的。這世界和其上的情慾都要過去，惟獨遵 行神旨意的，是永遠常存。（約翰一書2:16-17） For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever. 1 John 2:16-17

耶穌勝過試探 Jesus overcomes temptation 耶穌被聖靈充滿，從約但河回來，聖靈將他引到曠野，四十天受魔鬼的試探…魔鬼用完了各樣的試探，就暫時離開耶穌。（路 Luke 4:1-2,13） 猶太的曠野 Wilderness of Judah

盜賊與好牧人Thief and the Good Shepherd 盜賊來，無非要偷竊，殺害，毀壞；我來了，是要叫人得生命，並且得的更豐盛。我是好牧人，好牧人為羊捨命（約翰福音10:10-11） The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. (John 10:10-11)

一、試探的黑暗面與光明面 The dark side and bright side of temptation Peirosmos (pi-ros-mos’) 試探 Temptation 考驗 Test

試探的黑暗面 The dark side of temptation 偷竊、殺害、毀壞 to steal and kill and destroy 試探的光明面 The bright side of temptation 堅固、裝備、祝福 to strengthen and equip and bless 忍受（勝過）試探的人是有福的，因為他經過試驗以後，必得生命的冠冕，這是主應許給那些愛他之人的。（雅各書 James 1:12） 他自己既然被試探而受苦，就能搭救被試探的人。（來Hebrews 2:18）

二、試探的本質、來源、與機制 The essence, sources, and mechanism of temptation 試探的本質 The essence of temptation 試探是一種欺騙 Temptation is a lie. 試探是對個人意志的攻擊 Temptation is an attack on human will. 試探是敵人使你遠離神的手段 Temptation is the enemy’s way of separating you from God.

試探的來源 The sources of temptation 內心的私慾 Sinful desires inside of you 撒但 Satan

試探的機制 The mechanism of temptation 但各人被試探，乃是被自己的私慾牽引、誘惑的。 私慾既懷了胎，就生出罪來；罪既長成，就生出死來。（雅各書1:14-15） 1 2 3 4 5 1. 誘因藉著人性的弱點而種入心中 Seed of temptation is planted inside of you through human weakness 2. 孕育期 Pregnancy 3. 犯罪 Sin is born 4. 罪的成長 Sin grows 5. 死（與神隔絕）Death (separation from God)

三、如何勝過試探 How to overcome temptation 享受神的恩賜 Enjoy God’s blessings： 因神的恩賜而喜樂滿足，避免進入心靈的曠野。 你們要嚐嚐主恩的滋味，便知道他是美善。（詩篇 Psalm 34:8） 只要倚靠那厚賜百物給我們享受的神。（提後 1 Tim. 6:17） 我知道世人莫強如終身喜樂行善，並且人人吃喝，在他一切勞碌中享福，這也是神的恩賜。（傳道書 Eccl. 3:12-13）

操練敬虔的生活 Disciplined in godliness： 規律的敬拜，規律的讀經，規律的祈禱。 務要抵擋魔鬼，魔鬼就必離開你們逃跑了。 你們親近神，神就必親近你們。（雅各書 James 4:7-8） 要在敬虔上操練自己。操練身體，益處還少；惟獨敬虔，凡事都有益處，因有今生和來生的應許。（提前 1 Tim. 4:7-8）

儲藏神的話語 Treasure God’s word in your heart 耶穌將神的話語豐豐富富地藏在心中，魔鬼三次試探他，耶穌三次以神的話語來抵擋。 我將你的話藏在心裡，免得我得罪你。（詩篇Psalm 119:11）

結交敬虔的人 Keep company with godly people 與敬虔愛主的人做朋友，遠離影響不良的人。 你要逃避少年的私慾、同那清心禱告主的人追求公義、信德、仁愛、和平。（提後2 Tim. 2:22） 你們不要自欺，濫交是敗壞善行。（林前 1 Cor. 15:33）

逃避試探 Flee from temptations 當試探來臨時，走為上策，抵擋為中策，投降為下策。 婦人就拉住他的衣裳，說：「你與我同寢吧！」約瑟把衣裳丟在婦人手裡，跑到外邊去了。（創 Genesis 39:12） 貪財是萬惡之根。有人貪戀錢財，就被引誘離了真道，用許多愁苦把自己刺透了。但你這屬神的人要逃避這些事，追求公義、敬虔、信心、愛心、忍耐、溫柔。（提前6:10-11） 我所親愛的弟兄啊，你們要逃避拜偶像的事。（林前 1 Cor. 10:14）

禱告 Pray 耶穌明白我們的軟弱，他願意幫助我們。 因我們的大祭司並非不能體恤我們的軟弱。他也曾凡事受過試探，與我們一樣，只是他沒有犯罪。所以，我們只管坦然無懼的來到施恩的寶座前，為要得憐恤，蒙恩惠，作隨時的幫助。 （來 Hebrews 4:15-16）

跌倒了立刻悔改 Repent as soon as you fall 跌倒之後要立刻悔改，恢復與神的關係。 我們若認自己的罪，神是信實的，是公義的，必要赦免我們的罪，洗淨我們一切的不義。 （約翰一書 1 John 1:9）

四、效法基督 Imitating Christ 所以，他凡事該與他的弟兄相同，為要在神的事上成為慈悲忠信的大祭司，為百姓的罪獻上挽回祭。他自己既然被試探而受苦，就能搭救被試探的人。（來 2:17-18） For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. (Hebrews 2:17-18）
