几种超分辨成像技术 选一种合适的荧光物质，按顺序先给激发脉冲(2ps左右)，等它跃迁上去了马上给一个受激辐射波长的脉冲（250ps左右），然后用二向色镜区分受激辐射跟自发辐射，探测过来的自发辐射信号。受激辐射越大（橡皮擦得干净），剩下的PSF越小，也就是分辨率越高。
STORM，全称是Stochastic Optical Reconstruction Microscopy。 其实虽然不能分辨，但是如果横竖就那么一个，那你还是很容易从一个高斯分布的结构中对其精确定位的，就像一座山，如果之前告诉你这个山是高斯正态分布型的，你绝对可以把山顶的位置比较精确地定位，而不是在半山腰量一下山的周长，说，山顶就在这里面儿
