1. Follow 跟隨主 Background 背景: 8:22 But Jesus told him, "Follow me, and let the dead bury their own dead.”    耶 穌 說 、 任 憑 死 人 埋 葬 他 們 的 死 人 、 你 跟 從 我 罷 。 8:23 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him    耶 穌 上 了 船 、 門 徒 跟 著 他 。

2. Fail 懷疑主 8:24-25 8:24 Without warning (Suddenly), a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. 海 裡 忽 然 起 了 暴 風 、 甚 至 船 被 波 浪 掩 蓋 ． 耶 穌 卻 睡 著 了 。

8:25 The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us 8:25 The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!" 門 徒 來 叫 醒 了 他 、 說 、 主 阿 、 救 我 們 、 我 們 喪 命 啦 。

3. Focus 認識主 8:26-27 26 He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. 耶穌說：「你們這小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？」於是起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大地平靜了。

27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this 27 The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!” 眾人希奇，說：「這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！」

Psalm 89:9 “You rule over the surging sea; when its waves mount up, you still them.” 詩89：9 「你管轄海的狂傲；波浪翻騰，你就使它平靜了。」

Isaiah 41:10a “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” 以賽亞書41:10a 你 不 要 害 怕 ， 因 為 我 與 你 同 在 ；不 要 驚 惶 ， 因 為 我 是 你 的 神 。

Refocus on the Pioneer (coach) of our Faith Hebrews 12:1b-2a “And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” 來 12:2仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌《或作仰望那將真道創始成終的耶穌》。

John 19:30 Jesus said, “It is finished.” With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. 約 19:30耶穌嘗《原文作受》了那醋，就說，成了。便低下頭，將靈魂交付﹝神﹞了。

How do We (Messy Christians) follow Jesus? Spending time with Jesus Daily “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.” Rev. 3:20 啟 3:20看哪，我站在門外叩門。若有聽見我聲音就開門的，我要進到他那裡去，我與他，他與我一同坐席。

"Being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus." Philippians 1:6 (NIV) 腓1:6 我深信那在你們心裡動了善工的必成全這工，直到耶穌基督的日子。
