(5/30)-1. Explain clinical & histopathological diagnosis (口病網頁下載組織病理照片) A 50 years old male patient came to our OM Dept. for generalized ulceration over his mouth. Intraoral examination revealed ragged erosion over his palate, bilateral buccal mucosa, and labial mucosa. A bulla was induced over his arm when firm lateral pressure exerted. An incisional biopsy over his left buccal mucosa was performed for diagnosis.

In intraoral examination, erosive lesion with peripheral interlacing white lines over bilateral buccal mucosa were seen. An incisional biopsy was performed for diagnosis.
