希伯來 Heb 12:1-3 1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. 1我們既有這許多的見證人，如同雲彩圍著我們，就當放下各樣的重擔，脫去容易纏累我們的罪，存心忍耐，奔那擺在我們前頭的路程，2仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌‧他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊‧3那忍受罪人這樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心‧

He is…and He is the Rewarder 祂就是…且是…賞賜者 (來 Heb 11:6; 12:1-2) And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. (11:6, NASB) 人非有信就不能得神的喜悅‧因為到神面前來的人，必須信有神(祂就是)，且信他賞賜那尋求他的人‧

B. He is our example. 祂就是我們的榜樣. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. (v.3) 那忍受罪人這樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心‧

Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. 27 No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize. (林前 1 Cor 9:24-27) 24豈不知在場上賽跑的都跑，但得獎賞的只有一人‧你們也當這樣跑，好叫你們得著獎賞‧25凡較力爭勝的，諸事都有節制‧他們不過是要得能壞的冠冕‧我們卻是要得不能壞的冠冕‧26所以我奔跑，不像無定向的‧我鬥拳，不像打空氣的‧27我是攻克己身，叫身服我‧恐怕我傳福音給別人，自己反被棄絕了‧
