Supplier Account Registration Flow 必要條件 Vendor Code 已存在INNOLUX ERP (沒有的話請洽詢群創對應採購） Requirement Your vendorcode must exists in INX ERP, if you have any queation, please contact sourcer 1.詳讀約定條款 Contract Term 5.發送申請 Send Mail to Contact Window INX 接洽人員核准 INX contact window approve account 2.檢驗供應商代碼 Check Vendorcode 6.步驟完成 Step Complete 3.輸入帳號資訊 Account Data 發給供應商 帳號啟用Email Send Active Mail to Supplier 7.點選啟用連結 Active Account Mail 4.選擇群創接洽人員 Choice Contact Window 8.完成申請 Registration Complete
1.詳讀約定條款 (Contract Term) SRM supplier account registration 閱讀完後勾選, 進行Next Step Please Read and choice agree
2.檢驗供應商代碼 (Check VendorCode) 輸入供應商代碼進行檢驗 INNOLUX ERP內是否已存在合法的供應商代碼 不要輸入群創的示範代碼A12800225 Check Vendorcode Your vendorcode must exists in INX ERP, if you have any queation, please contact sourcer
3.輸入帳號資訊 (Account Data) 填寫詳細的帳號資訊 帳號: 填寫Email帳號, 以公司Email為主 （不建議使用免費信箱,容易遺漏系統信件） 密碼(Passwrod): 6位數以上的數字與英文組合 Input your account data Account: your Email We will send mail to your email box Password: It must have more than 6 characters of combinations of numerals and letters
4.選擇群創接洽人員 (Choice Contact Window) 選擇INNOLUX Buyer人員, 此人員將會協助核准帳號申請 INNOLUX Buyer List 將會以ERP半年內PO的對應關係產生 沒有對應採購名稱則從ALL INX Buyer內選擇或是選擇By Input自行輸入buyer的Email Choice your contact window By Input: please input contact window’s email, and system will check it. ※請一定要選擇正確對應採購,否則申請會被駁回 ※Please you have to input correct contact window in this step, otherwise your registration will be rejected
5.發送申請 (Send Mail to Contact Window) 確認填寫的基本資料後 送出[Send Registion] After to confirming your input data, click send registration to send mail to contract window.
6.步驟完成 (Step Complete)
6.1 INX 接洽人員核准 (INX contact window approve account) INX 接洽人員確認申請單無誤, 按下[同意申請]後, 系統將會Mail給予供應商啟用Mail INX contract window will verify from mail, and mail to supplier
7. 帳號啟用 (Email Send Active Mail to Supplier)(1/2)
7. 帳號啟用 (Email Send Active Mail to Supplier)(2/2) 超過三天要到頁面help內點選重寄啟用信 完成後即可輸入帳號密碼登入SRM系統 Your can get active mail after inx contract window approve your registration and active by it.
