11 前受獎人扶輪社 Alumni Rotary Clubs
七個扶輪社是源自於前受獎人聯誼會alumni associations—日本（3）,菲律賓, 斯里蘭卡Sri Lanka, 香港與美國 日本， 斯里蘭卡與菲律賓三個前受獎人所組成的扶輪社共同執行一項配合獎助金計劃， 前受獎人業已是成立扶輪社的方法。 在日本，美國， 斯里蘭卡，菲律賓以及香港一個新的扶輪社都是源自於前受獎人協會或者開始是著重於前受獎人會員的扶輪基金會前受獎人團體。 去年在日本， 斯里蘭卡與菲律賓三個前受獎人所組成的扶輪社共同執行一項配合獎助金計劃，一起在菲律賓一所學校提供乾淨的飲用水。這是一張水井捐贈照片。

15 扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡 Rotary Foundation Alumni Network (RFAN)
所有的前受獎人與前受獎人聯誼會（RFAA）都是扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡（RFAN）的成員 扶輪前受獎人慶祝會 Rotary Alumni Celebration是RFAN的年會Annual meeting 目前國際上有83個地區/地帶前受獎人聯誼會 所有的地域Regions都鼓勵開始籌組一個前受獎人聯誼會RFAA (P59) D3450 / D3490 / D3480 (今年度12個新聯誼會） 扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡（簡稱RFAN）是所有的扶輪基金會前受獎人正式的前受獎人的組織。前受獎人聯誼會是扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡的下屬分支機構。於2007年前受獎人顧問委員會決議使用扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡這個名稱。 The Rotary Foundation Alumni Network (or RFAN) is the official alumni organization for all TRF alumni. Alumni associations are sub-chapters of RFAN. The Alumni Advisory Committee formally decided on this name at their meeting in 2007. 至於扶輪前受獎人慶祝會則是扶輪基金會前受獎人網絡的正式會議。 The Rotary Alumni Celebration is the official meeting of RFAN. 而前受獎人聯誼會是已大約每年12個來增加。於 年度裡我們已經增加了11個新的前受獎人聯誼會，這包刮了我們在韓國的第一個協會。 The number of alumni associations has increased by about 12 each year. 17 扶輪基金前受獎人聯誼會 Alumni Associations
建立並維繫扶輪基金會前受獎人間一種普通 的聯繫 提供一種聯繫能讓前受獎人與其他前受獎人 以及扶輪社員彼此網絡在一起 讓前受獎人職業興趣與相同興趣的扶輪社員 及其他的前受獎人彼此連結在一起 提供參與扶輪教育及人道服務計劃 易於入扶輪社當社員 前受獎人協會是一種好方法去讓前受獎人保持彼此聯繫並且繼續與扶輪保持他們彼此的關係。 Alumni associations are a great way for alumni to stay in touch with each other and continue to build their relationships with Rotary. 積極的前受獎人協會一般是會籌組社區活動，執行服務計劃並籌辦設計用來支持扶輪基金會使命的募款活動。 Active alumni associations generally organize social events, perform service projects and organize fundraising events designed to support the mission of The Rotary Foundation.

18 前受獎人聯誼會（RFAA）特色Association Characteristics

Alumni associations recruit new members from Rotary clubs and Rotary clubs also recruit members from alumni associations (two way street). He is recognized for his achievements in international development he served as lead counsel for The World Bank and worked on more than 100 development projects all over the world. Rotarian Kyle is a former Ambassadorial Scholar sponsored by the Rotary Club of Wellington North in New Zealand. He studied law at University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Capitol Hill, Washington DC, USA, and as the Alumni Subcommittee Chair for District 7620, he made exceptional efforts in connecting Foundation alumni in the area. He also served at the RI representative to the World Bank and has been very active with Outward Bound. We are hoping that they will be using technology like webinars in the future communicate with each other and directly with alumni. Some RFACs have been actively involved in Orientation Seminars, forming Alumni Associations and organizing Alumni Receptions. They have been promoting what alumni can offer for Rotarians. They helped getting alumni speak at club meetings, district conferences, and even at Rotary Institutes. Some have even helped develop alumni speakers bureaus to help clubs identify alumni who are great speakers.
