Oppose corrupt and tyrannical rulers/policies; & defend the oppressed Isa 1:17 “Seek justice, rebuke the oppressor” Acts 5:29 “Obey God rather than men” Acts 16:37 (Paul to rulers:) “No!” Acts 25:11 “I appeal to Caesar”

Pastors must train, activate and connect believers for their responsibilities as citizens. Basic 7-M discipleship and networking must be available within every congregation, but advanced political/law training schools and strategic networking organizations must be established city-wide and nationally. 3. Churches must develop training tools and also create and direct financial resources for transforming government as well. Churches need to deliberately plan for this 教会需要为此精心筹划
