Should be issued one year later. 工业锅炉－法规已出台，现处于公示阶段，很快会最终完成；Industrial Boilers – The rule has been issued and is in its comment period and will be finalized soon. 水泥炉窑－法规已经制定，下个月开始公示；Cement Kilns – The rule will be issued for comment next month.
