35 大使命 李万兵 当我们注重在教会的外部，注重在把人拉进教会，而不是注重在教会自己的转化，把门徒变化成为信徒，我们就注重在做事情，而不是教会属灵成长。

37 注重人的得救，轻视门徒成长 以人为中心的神学思想－常常问一次得救永远得救吗？

38 因为“天上地下的权柄都赐给耶稣基督了。” 祷告:“我就常与你们同在，直到世界的末了.”
对外传播福音：(教会外部) 宣道/听道：“你们要去” 传道/学道：“使万民作我的门徒”-这就是把人们带到上帝的面前； 非基督徒>文化基督徒>基督学徒 对内门徒造就：(教会内部) 学徒转化：奉父子圣灵的名给他们施洗-带领他们，让他们从门徒，从学徒，变成信徒。这样他们就成为归属耶和华上帝的名下，成为归属耶稣基督的人们。这才是真正意义上的基督教会。信徒是教会的核心和本质。 教训：凡我所吩咐你们的，都教训他们 遵守：“你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令。” (约翰福音14:15) “我赐给你们一条新命令，乃是叫你们彼此相爱．我怎样爱你们，你们也要怎样相爱。你们若有彼此相爱的心,众人因此就认出你们是我的门徒了。”(约翰福音13:34-35) 学徒>>信徒>>侍徒>>圣徒

39 教会对外宣教：传播福音，让人成为基督的门徒，基督的学徒。这是一个外在的教会建立。 教会内在建设：带领基督的学徒，让他们成长，成为信徒。教训他们，带领他们，让他们在基督里成长，成为侍徒，进而成为圣徒，能够彰显上帝的荣誉。

40 我们可以带人成为主耶稣基督的门徒，但是，我们没有能力让人成为耶稣基督的信徒。那是圣灵的工作。信仰上帝是圣灵的工作，信乃是个人与上帝的关系。我们可以“使万民作耶稣的门徒，耶稣的学徒，但是，我们没有能力让他们都成为耶稣的信徒。我们应当分别门徒与信徒的层次不同。门徒是外在的，信徒是内在的。门徒是学徒，是学习耶稣基督的人们；而信徒是信仰耶稣基督的人们。
