(UK) 成立背景：1983 年由英國國家研究開發公司（NRDC）與國家企業委員會（NEB）合併而成的上市公司，其與英國國內各大學、研究院所、企業集團及眾多發明人都有著緊密的合作。 Business Model（運作模式） Technology Innovation and Technology Transfer: A Venture Capital Investment-Backed Model （以風險投資支持技術創新和技術轉移） BTG 審議且認可發明成果及專利之後，即為該發明人支付專利申請費用，並且代辦申報，使發明人獲得知識產權保障，再展開後續技術轉讓或授權之活動，並由雙方共享所得利潤。

ITRI Patent Auction (工研院專利交易平臺) 成立背景：係由工研院技轉中心於2006 年5 月所建立，該平臺標榜其所推出之各種專利組合皆是經過專家評估，且經過專人查證相關法律現狀之專利群組。 Business Model（運作模式） Customized Patent Portfolio Provided 因應企業的需求而推出專利組合，經常存有優質專利 Comprehensive Web Searching Services 企業法人可在平臺上蒐集資訊、快速查詢有興趣的智財及 其交易條件、參考價格、草約等資訊。

Current and Future Development of Intellectual Property Trade Platform in Taiwan 台灣知識產權交易平臺之現況與未來 An Intellectual Property Promotion Platform 專利供給者亦可透過此平臺推廣知識產權。 Auction: A Value-adding Approach 藉由競標提升專利之附加價值。 Disadvantages（經營上的缺點） 專利交易平臺之英文名稱所使用之Auction 一詞，未能貼切反應出專利媒合之宗旨。 著重於專利買賣及授權，尚欠缺作價投資或換股等機制。 受限於配套機制欠缺，所能提供之商業模式服務類型稍嫌僵化。

(新興地區智慧財產股份有限公司) 成立背景：成立於2010年12 月，該公司著眼於新興市場之興起以及對於技術之需求，將自己定位為能服務橫跨兩岸四地及美、日、東協十國等金磚新興地區客戶之「智慧財產、文創產業、技術與人才之交易平臺」。 Business Model（運作模式） Services: Intellectual Property, Cultural and Creative Products Transaction, etc. 服務項目：知識產權交易、文化創意交易、中小企業規劃及 輔導、中小企業募資、科管及智財人力仲介。 Multidisciplinary Management Ability 合作單位多元化，具備跨領域專業能力。

Current and Future Development of Intellectual Property Trade Platform in Taiwan 台灣知識產權交易平臺之現況與未來 Due Diligence /Asset Valuation 為標的技術進行DD/鑑價。 Promote Technology and Reach Potential Clients for Members 採會員制，為會員進行技術推廣與潛在客戶開發。 Strategic Alliances（策略聯盟） ：與上海聯合產權交易所、中國技術交易所、國際版權交易中心等機構有密切之合作，雙方之會員能夠互通技術交易訊息，並可透過此一平臺直接到對方的平臺掛牌，以強化技術交易媒合的作用。 Disadvantages（經營上的缺點） 目前尚未建立線上檢索技術系統，使用者難以在網路上及時搜尋相關之技術資訊，可能會影響平臺會員數量的擴充速度。

Ⅳ. Current and Future Development of Intellectual Property Trade Platform in Taiwan 台灣知識產權交易平臺之現況與未來 4. IP Bank (知識產權銀行) 成立背景： 美國專利訴訟案每年約為2,500 ~3,000件，年成長率5.6%。台灣公司所佔的比例約在5%~7%(約150件~200件)。 在近3年ITC調查案中，台灣亦佔3~4成，主要是資通訊產業廠商。 知識經濟時代來臨對知識產權造成衝擊，為因應此等衝擊，台灣特於今年(2011年)成立IP Bank。
