4 我觉得有个律，就是我愿意为善的时候，便有恶与我同在。 22 因为按着我里面的意思。（原文作人）我是喜欢神的律。 23 但我觉得肢体中另有个律，和我心中的律交战，把我掳去叫我附从那肢体中犯罪的律。
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. 22 For in my inner being I delight in God's law; 23 but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. – Romans 7:21-23

7 因为随从肉体的人体贴肉体的事，随从圣灵的人体贴圣灵的事。 6 体贴肉体的，就是死，体贴圣灵的，乃是生命，平安。 7 原来体贴肉体的，就是与神为仇。因为不服神的律法，也是不能服。 8 而且属肉体的人，不能得神的喜欢。 Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; 7 the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so. 8 Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God. – Romans 8:5-8

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? 25 But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. – Romans 8:24-25

12 如今那些在基督耶稣里的，就不定罪了。 2 因为赐生命圣灵的律，在基督耶稣里释放了我，使我脱离罪和死的律了。 3 律法既因肉体软弱，有所不能行的，神就差遣自己的儿子，成为罪身的形状，作了赎罪祭，在肉体中定了罪案， Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, - Romans 8:1-3

14 如果神的灵住在你们心里，你们就不属肉体，乃属圣灵了。人若没有基督的灵，就不是属基督的。 10 基督若在你们心里，身体就因罪而死，心灵却因义而活。 11 然而叫耶稣从死里复活者的灵，若住在你们心里，那叫基督耶稣从死里复活的，也必借着住在你们心里的圣灵，使你们必死的身体又活过来。 12 弟兄们，这样看来，我们并不是欠肉体的债，去顺从肉体活着。 You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the Spirit, if the Spirit of God lives in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. 10 But if Christ is in you, your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. 12 Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation--but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. – Romans 8:9-12

16 然而叫耶稣从死里复活者的灵，若住在你们心里，那叫基督耶稣从死里复活的，也必借着住在你们心里的圣灵，使你们必死的身体又活过来。 12 弟兄们，这样看来，我们并不是欠肉体的债，去顺从肉体活着。
And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. 12 Therefore, brothers, we have an obligation--but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to it. – Romans 8:11-12

19 决志邀请耶稣做救主的祷告 亲爱的天父，我赞美您， 耶稣基督，我感谢您。 您是真的创造主， 降世为人，来告诉我您爱我， 为我的罪死在十字架上， 流宝血洗净我的错误， 从死里复活，叫我得新生命。

20 主耶稣我要你，求你住在我的心中， 做我的救主，管理我的生命， 赦免我的罪；就是我过去靠自己,
没有倚靠你,自作主张。 求您赐我永生，就是您的生命。 叫你奇妙的计划, 实现在我身上. 叫我享受你的爱，平安和喜乐。 赐我真理的圣灵，引导我的道路, 保护我。 求您祝福我的家， 叫我们全家都相信您，享受您的爱， 我这样祷告，是奉主耶稣基督您的圣名求，阿们。
