2 INTRODUCTION dǎolùn 导论
God wants us to have a "fire" in our hearts – the presence of the Holy Spirit 神愿我们心理有属灵的 "火" - 就是圣灵的存在 John 14: 我要求父, 父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师, ((或作训慰师下同))叫他永远与你们同在. 就是真理的(.圣.)灵, 乃世人不能接受的. 因为不见他, 也不认识他. 你们却认识他. 因他常与你们同在, 也要在你们里面. John 15:11 这些事我已经对你们说了, 是要叫我的喜乐, 存在你们心里, 並叫你们的喜乐可以满足.

Luke 24:32 Our hearts burn within us 24:32 他们彼此说, 在路上, 他和我们说话, 给我们讲解圣经的时候, 我们的心岂不是火热的么. I Thessalonians 5:19 – don’t quench the Spirit’s fire 05:19+ 不要销灭圣灵的感动.

Summary Sentence: God wants to fill our hearts with the “fire” of His Spirit. 神要让我们的心充满他属灵的火。 What you need to keep the fire going: 若我们愿他的火在我们心里继续燃烧, 需要满足什么条件?

5 1) Spark: Faith (started when you believed)
huǒhuā 火花: 信心 (在我们信主时就点了。) 15:03 现在你们因我讲给你们的道, 已经干净了. Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. a) When you believe you already have been cleansed and filled with the Holy Spirit. 你一信主你的罪就洗净了, 你的心已经充满了圣灵. b) If you aren’t experiencing His presence in your heart, then why? 但你心里如果不能继续经历到神的同在, 可能是什么原因呢?

6 i. You can't have joy if you always feel guilty
i.You can't have joy if you always feel guilty. Remember, “You are already clean”. 第一个 可能的原因是因为罪恶感。我们必须记得耶稣的话语, "现在你们因我讲给你们的道, 已经干净了.” ii. But some sins require us to make amends 但是有一些罪, 犯过的人觉得需要去赔偿。心理还在不安的缘故是因为我们没处理好。 There are some kinds of sins that must be confessed to others, not just to God. 有时我们对不起别人, 觉得光向神忏悔不够，必须向 对方承认并赔礼道歉。 iii. On the other hand, sometimes God uses dry times to teach us to trust His Word rather than our feelings. 有时候心里没有属灵的火是因为神要教导我们信靠他的话语, 不要依靠你的感情。

7 THE WESTMINSTER ASSEMBLY'S SHORTER CATECHISM
c) In this passage Jesus is not talking about getting saved, but staying close. 主要的重点是这样, 耶稣讲的意思不是关于你是否成为基督徒。他讲的是你是否继续与他亲近。 We must differentiate between “justification” and “sanctification”. 我们必须分别 "称义" 与 "成圣"。 i. Justification – when you are saved you are declared righteous by God. 韦斯敏斯德小要理问答 THE WESTMINSTER ASSEMBLY'S SHORTER CATECHISM 三十三问：什么是称义？ 答：称义是上帝的作为，出于他白白的恩典（1），由此而赦免我们一切的罪，并悦纳我们为义人，这仅是因为基督的义归于我们，且惟独用信心才能接受的 。 Romans 05:01+ 我们既因信称义, 就藉着我们的主耶稣基督, 得与神相和. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

8 ii. Sanctification – after you are “legally” righteous you gradually become “experientially” righteous. This happens as we keep the flame going in our lives. 因着圣灵, 渐渐地成为圣洁。 三十五问：什么是成圣？ 答：成圣是上帝的作为，出于他白白的恩典，使我们整个的人照着上帝的形象被更新，并得以愈来愈能向罪而死，向义而活。 So what do we need to keep this fire going strong? 若我们愿他的火在我们心里继续 燃烧, 需要满足什么条件?

9 Fuel: The Word of God ránliào 燃料; 神的话语 15:07 你们若常在我里面, 我的话也常在你们里面, 凡你们所愿意的, 祈求就给你们成就. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. Ex: once tried to keep a fire going with paper - lots of heat but does not last: you can't be sustained on books, ideas from others, websites, conferences, etc. It must be the Word of God. 例子: 有一次我 在树林里 yěyíng 野营, 要点火做饭, 但找不到干柴, 只有一些报纸。报纸很容易点火, 也烧了很热, 但是 很快就烧完了。 Inner Effect: Not just a mental understanding: "Words abide IN you". 神的话有心理的效果: 不只是思想上的理解, 而且是心理深刻的效果; 你世界观, 态度, 性格, 都要发生很深刻的变化。耶稣说, "... 我的话也常在你们里面...“ Outer Effect: It's not just a personal light, but a light that affects the world around us (it shall be done for you). 世人能见到很明显的效果: 耶稣说, "凡你们所愿意的, 祈求就给你们成就."

10 3) Oxygen: the Holy Spirit (connection)
15:04 你们要常在我里面, 我也常在你们里面. 枝子若不常在葡萄树上, 自己就不能结果子. 你们若不常在我里面, 也是这样. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. a) Ex: You cannot start a fire on the moon; it doesn’t matter how much wood you have, there is no oxygen. 例子: 请设想一下, yǔhángyuán 宇航员 终于来到月亮 上, 身体有点儿冷, 要点火。真巧带来了一些 木头家具, 用一个 fǔzi 斧字砍出几块木柴, 堆成一堆, 拿出 dạ̌huǒjī 打火机, 尝试点火, 但是不行! 为什么? 因为, 在月亮上没有 yǎngqì 氧气! b) You cannot have a passion for God without the Holy Spirit working in your heart. 若我们感觉不到圣灵的感动, 心里就不能经历向神的热心。

11 As Christians the Holy Spirit fills our lives with God's presence John 14:16 我要求父, 父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师, ((或作训慰师下同)) 叫他永远与你们同在. i. The Comforter - 保惠师 (14:16) ii. The Spirit of Truth -真理的(.圣.)灵 (14:17) iii. The Teacher -他要将一切的事, 指教你们 (14:26) iv. The Witness –他来了, 就要为我作见证 (15:26) The Corrector - 他既来了, 就要叫世人为罪, 为义, 为审判, 自己责备 自己. (16:8)

12 d) Some Christians know the Word very well but they don’t stay close to Jesus in their hearts.
有的基督徒 对圣经有很详细地了解, 但是他们的心并不真正靠近耶稣。 e) Ex: the father of the girl in my youth group in Potsdam. 例子: 我教会青年人的父亲, 虽然他原来是一位 长老, 但后来不愿意参加教会。原因是因为他怨恨另外一位基督徒, 说他 待遇不公平, 所以他变得很愤怒。 So how do we allow the Holy Spirit free access to our lives? 我们如何让圣灵在我们生命中 有 shùnchàngde顺畅的 影响?

13 4) Don’t Pour Water On Your Fire: Don't Quench the Spirit –
不要向心里的属灵的火浇水: 不要销灭圣灵的感动. 15:09 我爱你们, 正如父爱我一样. 你们要常在我的爱里. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. 15:10 你们若遵守我的命令, 就常在我的爱里. 正如我遵守了我父的命令, 常在他的爱里. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

14 a) Don't quench the Spirit I Thessalonians 5:19 – don’t resist His work in and through you.
不要销灭圣灵的感动. - 不要dǐzhì抵制他在你（心理或者通你生活的）身上或者通过你所做的工作。 b) Don't grieve the Spirit Ephesians 4:30 – don’t break His heart with your sin. 不要叫神的圣灵担忧。不要因为你的罪使圣灵心碎。 c) Ex: You can’t light a fire under water. You can’t be close to God if you are immersed in a life of disobedience. 例子: 在水里不能点火; 同样的是, 如果我们 chénjìn沉浸到不遵守神的生活方式中就不能做一个 huǒrè-de火热的基督徒。

15 CONCLUSION: Peter, A Man Filled with the Spirit of God
结尾; 彼得, 一位充满圣灵的人 Peter's Failures O Peter spoke Satan’s words to Jesus—Mt. 16:22-23. 16:21 从此耶稣才指示门徒, 他必须上耶路撒冷去, 受长老祭司长文士许多的苦, 并且被杀, 第三日复活. From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. 16:22 彼得就拉着他说, 主阿, 万不可如此, 这事必不临到你身上. Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. 16:23 耶稣转过来, 对彼得说, 撒但退我后边去罢. 你是绊我脚的. 因为你不体贴 神的意思, 只体贴人的意思. But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

16 Peter slept through prayer meeting in the Garden of Gethsemane—Mt
26:38 便对他们说, 我心里甚是忧伤, 几乎要死. 你们在这里等候, 和我一同儆醒. Then saith he unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful, even unto death: tarry ye here, and watch with me. 26:39 他就稍往前走, 俯伏在地祷告说, 我父阿, 倘若可行, 求你叫这杯离开我. 然而不要照我的意思, 只要照你的意思. And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. 26:40 来到门徒那里, 见他们睡着了, 就对彼得说, 怎么样, 你们不能同我儆醒片时么. And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?

17 Peter cut off slave's ear—Jn. 18:10.
18:10 西门彼得带着一把刀, 就拔出来, 将大祭司的仆人砍了一刀, 削掉他的右耳. 那仆人名叫马勒古. Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus. Peter denied Jesus —Jn. 18:25-27. 彼得不认得主。

18 • His past did not determine his relationship with God:
他经历过的失败没影响他现在与神的关系。 • Acts 2:4, 14-15, 36, 37-38; 使徒行传 • Acts 4:1-12 (esp vss. 7-8)
