2 問題一 Netbook類的資訊產品，是基於Ubuntu這個 Linux Distro，加上部份的設定調整、少量的程式 碼修改、以及文字、圖示的替換。這樣的產品作為 營利用途，是否會有法律上的問題？

8 問題二 GPL授權的開放原始碼軟體，一旦修改其原始碼 ，是否就必須將修改的原始碼一併開放？要完成怎 樣的動作，才算是開放？是放置於公司網站供人下 載即可，還是必須試圖提交給該軟體的原始作者或 是維護者？

11 問題三 將自由軟體進行修改後，限定在公司內部使用，並 未散布到公司外，是否仍得將程式原始碼公開於 Internet上？！

23 回答 4/4 需要注意的是，OpenCV中有包含 LGPL 2 or later 授權的函式庫 - FLTK(Fast Light ToolKit)。 因此在使用上，需要注意產品是否有使用 FLTK， 若有的話，則必須遵守 LGPL 2 or later 的授 權。 2009/06/24

75 問題九 約二三年前我們購置一實驗平台，當時廠商提供 Linux kernel2.6.15，現下Android開放程式原 始碼後，我們將Android移植到該實驗平台，因為 Android使用Linux Kernel2.6.25，在我們的移 植過程中，有部份硬體相關的程式碼，是參考 而來，請問若是我們將移植的成果open， 這樣會對硬體廠商造成侵權嗎?若是之前2.6.15有 簽定不能open當時廠商釋出的原始碼，這樣的簽 約會有效嗎? 2009/06/24
