1 “在2013年如何一天24小時生活” “How to live 24hours a day in 2013” （詩Psalm 118:24）
“這是耶和華所定的日子，我們在其中要高興歡喜！This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!”

2 生活要一天一天地過（Living life one day at a time!）
讓上帝賜生命給你的年日，而不只是加年日給你而已（Let God add life to your years not just years to your life.） 今日是你餘生的第一天（Today is the first day of the rest of your life!）

如果你看每一天是上帝所賜If you see each day in 2013 as GOD GIVEN, 而且讓上帝掌管每一天and allow each day to be a GOD GOVERNED day 它將成為上帝喜悅的一天it will become a GOD GLADDENED DAY! 關於 “今日”有五個原則 （Five Principles about “TODAY”）：

4 每一日都是上帝所供應的日子 Every day is a God Provided day!
“這是耶和華所定的日子“ ”This is the day the Lord has Made” 上帝是時間的創造者 （God is the Creator of time） 2. 我們都有同樣的時間（We have the same amount of time.）： 24小時（ hours） 1440分鐘（Minutes） 86,400 秒（Seconds） 耶利米哀歌 （Lamentations）3:22-23

我 们 不 至 消 灭 ， 是 出 于 耶 和 华 诸 般 的 慈 爱 。 是 因 他 的 怜 悯 不 至 断 绝 。    [kjv] It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. 3:23[hgb] 每 早 晨 ， 这 都 是 新 的 。 你 的 诚 实 极 其 广 大 。    [kjv] They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.

6 每一天都是現在！ （Every day is a Present day!）
“就是今天（This is the day）…” 生命經過3個時間區域（Life is Lived in three “Time Zones.”）： 過去Past– 現在Present—將來Future

8 每一天都是寶貴的一天 Every day is a Precious day!
學習去珍惜時間 （Learn to value time）

9 詩（Psalm） 90:9-12 我 们 经 过 的 日 子 ， 都 在 你 震 怒 之 下 。 我 们 度 尽 的 年 岁 好 像 一 声 叹 息 。    [kjv] For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told.     我 们 一 生 的 年 日 是 七 十 岁 。 若 是 强 壮 可 到 八 十 岁 。 但 其 中 所 矜 夸 的 ， 不 过 是 劳 苦 愁 烦 。 转 眼 成 空 ， 我 们 便 如 飞 而 去 。    [kjv] The days of our years are threescore years and ten; and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years, yet is their strength labour and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away.     谁 晓 得 你 怒 气 的 权 势 ？ 谁 按 着 你 该 受 的 敬 畏 晓 得 你 的 忿 怒 呢 ？    [kjv] Who knoweth the power of thine anger? even according to thy fear, so is thy wrath.    求 你 指 教 我 们 怎 样 数 算 自 己 的 日 子 ， 好 叫 我 们 得 着 智 慧 的 心 。    [kjv] So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

10 智慧（Wisdom）=有目的的生活（live your life on purpose）!

11 如何實現今日的價值 To realize the Preciousness of the day…
每一天以與上帝獨處為開始（Begin the day alone with God）. 作好優先次序（Set Priorities）. 每一天都靠聖靈的能力而活（Live each day in the power of the Holy spirit）. 認識到拖延是罪（Realize Procrastination is a sin）.

12 每一天都將過去 （Every day is a Passing Day）!
約（John） 9:4 “…趁著白日（While it is yet day）!...”

13 對時間你沒法做的事情（Some things you cannot do with time）…
節省（save it）-借用（ borrow it）- 創造（ make it）-倉儲（store it）- 延長（stretch it）- 分享（share it）- 使用它，不然就會丟失，沒有 “暫停”！（Use it or lose it! No “Time out”）

14 “當我孩童之時，when I was a child
我嬉笑哭啼 I laughed and wept, 時間爬行而去time Creped, 當我青年之時，when as a youth 我夢想談話之中，I dreamed and talked, 時間溜走time walked, 當我成人之時when I became a full-grown man, 時間跑過 time Ran,

15 更老之時，when older still, 我每天變老I daily grew, 時間飛逝time flew, 而且很快我將成為過去…and soon I shall be passing on…. 時間不再有了！time GONE! ”

16 每一天都是幸運的一天 Every day is a Providential day!
上帝為我創造這一天God made this day for me! 幸福是一個選擇Happiness is a choice! 1 Thessalonians（帖） 5:18 Ephesians（弗） 5:20 Romans（羅） 8:28

17 帖前（1Th 5:18） 凡事謝恩；因為這是神在基督耶穌裡向你們所定的旨意。
弗（Eph） 5:20 凡事要奉我們主耶穌基督的名常常感謝父神。 羅（Rom） 8:28 我們曉得萬事都互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處，就是按他旨意被召的人。

18 “這是耶和華所定的日子，我們在其中要高興歡喜！ This is the day the Lord has made, I will Rejoice and be glad in it！”
上帝所給（God Given）! 上帝所管（God Governed）! 上帝所樂（God Gladdened）!

19 不要浪費另外一天 Don’t waste another day!
來（Heb.）3:7 “你們今日若聽他的話（today if you hear His voice….）” 箴言（Proverbs） 27:1 “不要為明日自誇（Boast not thy self of tomorrow）….”
