3 外贸知识链接 发盘(Offer),又称报盘或报价,指出口商为了销售某种产品,向进口商提出有关交易条件,并表达成交的愿望。
出口商可以在收到进口商询盘后进行发盘,也可以对老客户或可能对自己产品感兴趣的新客户主动发盘。 发盘内容包括品名、规格、数量、包装、价格、付款方式和交货期等,有时客户还会提出包装和保险要求,若询盘项目较多,则可以随寄报价单的方式进行发盘。

4 外贸知识链接 发盘可以分为实盘和虚盘。 实盘(firm offer):发盘人承诺在一定期限内,按发盘所述交易条件出售货物;如受盘人在有效期限内表示接受,则交易达成,发盘内容即成为买卖合同的组成部分。实盘应包括明确肯定的交易条件(如品名、规格、数量、价格、支付方式、装运期等)并说明发盘有效期。 虚盘(non-firm offer):发盘人有保留地表示愿意按一定条件达成交易,对双方没有约束力。虚盘不规定发盘的有效期,并且附有保留条件。
