2 马来西亚铝土矿简介 Introduction To Malaysia Bauxite Project
由于印尼的铝土矿遭受禁止出口，马来西亚在2014年5月成了一个开采与出口 铝土矿的热点区。当中国买家开始进入大马寻购大马的铝土矿以弥补印尼停 止向中国供货的缺口时，开采铝土矿在顿时成了一项热门行业。由于提供高 品质的铝土矿所需的成本太高，所以马来西亚暂时出口的铝土矿都是以低品 位为主，铝含量的品质位于 40-42%，硅则为4-6%。 Starting from May 2014, ever since Indonesia prohibited the export of bauxite, Malaysia has become the ‘hot zone’ for bauxite mining and exports. In order to compensate for the supply shortfall, China buyers began to enter Malaysia’s bauxite mining industry, which leads to the mining industry for bauxite becoming one of the top industry. Due to the high cost of high quality bauxite, Malaysia target exports are mainly lower grade bauxite, where there is an allocation of 40-42% of aluminium oxide and 4-6% of silicon oxide.

3 根据亚洲金属报道中的中国海关数据显示，3月份中国从马来西亚 进口的铝土矿大约为 140万吨左右。这个数量与去年10月的69万吨 相比总共高出了1倍。这个出口量显示了马来西亚的铝土矿市场逐 渐成熟，而且也已经成为中国主要的供应商之一。虽然马来西亚暂 时都只注重于低品味的铝土矿，但是已经有几家大型的铝土矿公司 开始筹备洗矿的设施，以便在不久后可以提供品质更好的铝土矿以 满足中国市场的要求。 According to the Asian metal report’s data, done by the China Customs ,there is approximately 1,400,000 tons of imported bauxite from Malaysia to China during March As compared to October 2014’s volume which consist of 690,000 tons, it significantly shows double the amount of export from Malaysia. This proves the maturity of Malaysia’s bauxite market, leading to becoming one of China’s main supplier. While Malaysia temporarily, only focus on the low-grade of bauxite, there are already several large bauxite company has began to upgrade their mining facilities, so that in the mere future, they are able to provide better quality bauxite to meet market demands in China.

4 虽说4月份马来西亚政府对车辆运输检查严格，导致马来西亚出口 到中国的铝土矿供应大大减少但是这一切并不会对合法开采铝土矿 的矿主照成太大的影响。检查趋紧的原因主要是因为一些矿主涉嫌 逃税，卡车超载酿成环境污染以及非法开采铝土矿。这一切的发生 相信有利于以后在大马开采以及出口铝土矿，因为相信政府很快就 会有新政策让合法的矿主进行开采并且出口到中国。 In April 2015, despite the rigorous transportation check by the Government of Malaysia, resulting in the significant reduce of bauxite exported to China, no huge impact will be made on legitimate bauxite mining company. The main reason of this rigorous check is due to the accusation of tax evasion by miners, truck overload causing environmental pollution, as well as illegally mining bauxite. This will benefit the bauxite industry in the long run, believing that the government will soon have a new policy, allowing the legitimate miners to export bauxite to China.

5 根据英国商品研究所（CRU）分析师的研究报告所说，由于受到中国需 求刺激，马来西亚今年所能出口到中国的铝土矿大约能增进到800万吨。 马来西亚已经部分取代印尼，成为了中国铝土矿主要供应国。如果政府 提早推出新政策，马来西亚平均一个月出口 120万吨的铝土矿到中国直 到雨季前（11月），相信2015年的出口量有望增长到1000万吨。虽说马 来西亚铝土矿已经部分取代印尼，不过这一切只能暂时解决中国的“短 期供应”。因为相信在2017年后，马来西亚所能供应的铝土矿将大幅下 降。 According to the British Trade Research Institute (CRU) analyst report, due to the rapid demand in China, Malaysia will be increasing its exportation approximately to 8 million tons. Malaysia has been partially replaced by Indonesia, becoming the one of China’s bauxite major supplier. If new policies are being introduced earlier, it is expected that Malaysia will be able to export 1.2 million tons of bauxite monthly until November 2015, resulting to the rapid growth of exports’ volume, which is up to 10 million tons. However, despite being the replacement of Indonesia’s bauxite market, it is predicted the exports will declined in 2017 as it is just a temporary solution to China’s supply shortfall.

6 马来西亚现在暂时有三家公司提供洗矿的设施，而这三家公司为 马来西亚最大的铝土矿公司 Aras Kuasa,接下来两家则为 Spring Energy 以及 Ringgit Harmoni。而在马来西亚可以长期供货并且最具 代表性的矿业公司为 Aras Kuasa, Spring Energy, Golden Properous Resources, Ibok Mining, Goodman, Ceroh Mining, 以及 Y&C Earthwork( 排名不分先后) 。 In Malaysia, there are currently 3 companies which provide the washing facilities for the time being. These 3 companies are known as Aras Kuasa, being the largest bauxite company, and also Spring Energy along with Ringgit Harmoni. As for the long term supply and most representative mining company in Kuantan, there are Aras Kuasa, Spring Energy, Golden Properous Resources, Ibok Mining, Goodman, Ceroh Mining, and Y&C Earthwork. 7 马来西亚关丹港口介绍 Introduction of Kuantan,Malaysia Port
关丹港位于马来西亚半岛东部的彭亨州，也是多数铝土矿开采的原 地，面向南中国海，是一个多功能深海港口。其主要服务地区涵盖 吉兰丹州，丁加奴，彭亨以及柔佛等西马海岸。关丹港口在之前迅 速发展成为铁矿和锰矿的出开口基地，并且在铁矿出口速度放缓后 被铝土矿取代。 Kuantan Port, located in Eastern Pahang, is where most bauxite mining companies are located. Being near the South China Sea, it is known for its multi-function harbor. Its main service area covered are Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Johor and other West of Peninsular. Prior to the rapid development in iron ore and manganese ore, it is slowly replaced by the exportation of bauxite.

8 关丹港口用于出口铝土矿的泊位有5-6个，都是以45000吨-60000吨 的货船为主。由于近期马来西亚出口铝土矿急速增加，导致关丹港 口过于繁忙。许多的买家的铝土矿船需要在码头外停放至少10-15 天才能进入码头开始装船，这无形中照成了买卖家时间与金钱上的 损失。而至于15吨以上的货船都是以驳船载送到公海并且使用由韦 立集团所拥有的浮吊装船。 Kuantan port are used for export of bauxite ,where 5-6 berth available, mainly for cargo containing 45,000 to 60,000 tons. Due to the recent Malaysia export bauxite rapidly increase, Kuantan port has been extremely busy. Bauxite buyers will need to parked at the terminal for at least days, before entering the dock for shipment. This has lead to indirect loss in money and time. As for cargoes which are heavier than 15 tons, they are to be sent by barge till the customs and floating lift boat is being used, which are provided by Winning International Group.

10 由于之前在一月是发生了一件令人悲痛的意外，那就是一艘载有 吨的铝土矿散货船 “BulkJupiter”在离越南头顿海岸150海里处 沉没，造成船上的船员罹难，而且还有几位依然下落不明。这件事 情的原由已经被证实为铝土矿的水分比平常高出了10%左右成为翻 船的主要原因。因此，铝土矿交易变得更加谨慎并且对水分的要求 更加严格以避免惨剧再次发生。 During January 2015, a tragic accident occur causing death and missing of few crew members. A cargo ship, which is weigh tons, sank about 150 nautical miles off the coast of Vung Tau,Vietnam. The reason being that bauxite moisture in the ship is at a higher rate of 10% . Hence, the bauxite trading become more cautious and the moisture of far more demanding in order to prevent similar tragedies from occur again.
