4 为什么要开设《基础翻译》课程？ 《大学英语》课程教学内容（尤其在词汇与翻译方面）不能满足学生今后参加英语考研的要求。
非英语专业的学生缺乏英汉翻译理论与实践的系统训练，难以应对考研英语翻译部分的挑战。 往年考研学生翻译试题部分的正确率只有45%。 学生需求 考研、工作、生活 大学英语 课程教学 要求

It derives from “Odyssey” compiled by Homer and “Agenesis” written by Virgil (a Roman outstanding poet) about the fall of Troy.

The Trojans had a hot debate about how to dispose of the horse that the Greek left to them. They have three proposals: to use the spear to pierce the hollow wooden; to throw it onto the rocks; to move it into the city as a landscape to bliss the God. Finally the adopted the third proposal and moved the wooden horse to the Troy. At last Troy was destroyed.
