4 车身概述 双层车身：扭转刚度强和轻质 －带有骨架结构的底板，前底板应用了特制的钢板（在成形之前进行焊接的不等厚钢板）。

6 顶盖激光钎焊 Ueberblick der Anlagen—Laserloeten in der Dachstation
CADDY顶盖采用FANUC机器人激光钎焊技术，配备TRUMPF公司的HL4006D型固体激光器，使用SCANSONIC镜头完成焊接。主要特点是工作效率高，焊缝变形小，外观美观，质量稳定。 Die Dachstation ist mit Laserloettechnik, auf Robotern der Fa. Fanuc ausgestattet, mit einem HL 4006D Laser der Fa. Trumpf, und einer Optik der Fa. Scansonic kombiniert. Vorteile sind hohe Produktionleistung, sehr geringe Verformung und stabile Qualitaet.

15 车顶行李架拆装 车顶行李架是螺栓连接 行李架可以将行李、自行车、滑橇、滑板固定在车顶上。 车顶有4个带橡胶圈的螺栓，安装行李架拆下。 拆下行李架，需将螺栓连同其密封橡胶垫圈再装回到车上去，防止雨水渗漏。

23 座椅实验与小结 （1）乘员仓的第一排座椅分为两部分，一部分是单座座椅，另外那一部分是双座座椅。第一排的座椅都用螺栓牢固在车底板上，不能窜动。 （2）两部分座椅都能纵向向前折叠，并能够在纵向位置固定。当你松开车底板的固定销后，不必松开座椅前部的底板紧固螺栓，就能够将座椅向前折叠并翻转。座椅翻转后，通过支撑杆将座椅固定住，使之在行驶时不发生窜动。在折叠座椅时，空气弹簧可助你一臂之力。 （3）乘员的第二排座是用4个螺栓紧固在车底板上。靠背左侧的拉环可以使靠背向前折叠，下部的两个拉环可以将整排座椅从车上拆下。
