香港調解顧問中心創辦人及董事 余文端女士 香港調解顧問中心副會長 執業律師 香港國際仲裁中心認可調解員及督導員 倫敦大學(London School of Economics and 　　　　　　　　　　　 Political Science)法律學士 美國Institute of Transpersonal Psychology碩士 香港大學博士研究生 現任教香港大學擔任客席助理教授，及香港律師會調解課程導師，曾任香港調解會委員( )及副會長( )，其轄下社區調解組會長( )。阮女士擅長利用法律及心理學的專業知識，應用在調解工作上，故此對調解家庭及商業糾紛的工作，極具專業知識。 香港國際仲裁中心認可調解員 婚姻及家庭治療師 英國倫敦大學數學系學士 香港大學家庭研究院碩士研究生 現時為香港調解會轄下之社區調解委員會會長，曾任香港調解會委員(2002–2006)及秘書長(2003–2006)。曾處理的調解個案包括社區，商業，遺產，家庭成員之間所產生之糾紛。 　　阮陳淑怡女士及余文端女士除了處理調解個案外，還致力推廣調解服務，自2000年開始，定期在香港浸會大學舉辦社區調解員訓練課程，亦曾為多個政府部門及專業團體提供調解講座及訓練，包括：民政事務署、香港申訴專員公署，立法會申訴部，電訊管理局，區議會，香港房屋協會，香港人力資源管理學會，教育統籌局，香港郵政局，社會福利署，聖雅各福群會，勞工署等。此外，亦在中國各地主持調解講座，包括北京清華大學，上海復旦大學，上海市人事局，廣州市東山區班主任培訓課程。 兩人於2001年在美國接受「校園朋輩調解」培訓，2002年已開始在香港多間中、小學教授「校園朋輩調解」課程，是推行校園調解服務的先鋒。此外，亦於2002年協助香港社會服務聯會策劃全港首創之「社區調解服務」試驗計劃，處理社區糾紛，得到社區的支持，深獲好評。 社 區 調 解 社區調解 是自願的、非約束性的，解決糾紛的過程，是由一位中立的人士(認可調解員)協助當事人以協談方式達成和解。適合社區調解個案包括：大廈管理、家庭、鄰里（如漏水，噪音等）、業主、租客等。 社區調解並非 仲裁 ─ 由仲裁員作出裁決解決糾紛。 訴訟 ─ 由法官判斷糾紛的對錯。 社區調解的好處 建立一個和洽及有建設性的氣氛； 糾紛的結果可由當事人控制； 加強當事人之間的溝通； 善用時間； 具成本效益； 過程保密； 當事人能以友好協商的方式有效地解決糾紛； 解決方式非強制性。

Since 2000, they have been conducting community mediation courses regularly at the Hong Kong Baptist University. They have also conducted mediation workshops and seminars for various professional organizations and government departments such as Home Affairs Department, Office of the Ombudsman, District Board, Hong Kong Housing Society, Institute of Human Resource Management, Education and Manpower Bureau, Hong Kong Post, Social Welfare Department, St. James Settlement, Labour Department, etc. In addition, they have been invited by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Personnel, Tsinghua University in Beijing, Fudan University in Shanghai to conduct mediation workshops. They have been trained and certified as Peer Mediation trainers at the CRU Institute in Seattle, USA in 2001, and are pioneers in introducing Peer Mediation using a systemic approach by teaching conflict resolution skills to students, parents and teachers in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools. In addition, they were the coordinators of the first Community Mediation Pilot Scheme set up by the Hong Kong Council of Social Services.
