5 山中入歧路 根芋來止飢 在永和初年，有一采藥農到衡山上採藥。忽然迷路，所帶 乾糧業已食盡，只好躺在一山崖下休息。忽見一老翁，鶴
髮童顏，飄然而至，在石壁上作書。采藥人急忙上前求以 食物，並請教出山之路。老翁給了他一些外形似芋，甘甜 如薯的東西，即山藥，並指點回家之路。六天之後，果然 返回家中，腹中還不覺饑餓，才知山藥功用之奇特。
