I know some of you were at AP Convention in Malaysia late February, where we launched a new approach to the business for brand new Associates. It’s called Getting Started Today. This little gem has taken us all by surprise – why? Well in the last three months those using this simple system have increased the number of Pacesetters and Platinum Pacesetters by over 500%!!!

The typical setting is that a prospect has just attended a Health & Freedom presentation and a follow up meeting in which he/she has signed up as a Associate. In that same meeting, as soon as the prospect has signed up, the new Associate is asked if he/she has 30 min to go through the Get Started Today workbook in order to get a fast start to success. In the following 30 min the new Associate, the Sponsor and the Upline Mentor go through the workbook.

Bring Associate and Preferred Customer APPLICATION FORMS with you. Ensure they know how to accurately complete the forms and have them in the boot of their car. Plan your CALENDAR with your Upline Mentor. Help your new Associate fill in their calendar. When are the Health and Freedom Opportunity meetings? When are you scheduling a mentoring appointment with them? As they make appointments with prospects, write them in their calendar. Commit to your GOAL: PaceSetter or Platinum PaceSetter. Define what the terms Pacesetter and Platinum Pacesetter actually means. And explain the life time benefits of Pacesetter and Platinum Pacesetter. Agree on which one is their goal. Have them sign the Workbook (having them sign is a powerful commitment). *PREAMBLE BEFORE CHANGING SLIDES*
