時間: June 15-19, 2008 地點: Ljubljana, Slovenia 領隊: 林麗英主任 參加人員:13人,僅次於香港,日本,韓國皆有代表參加 論文發表: 口頭6篇,海報5篇 52國參與,1260餘人參加

4 WCET-傷造口護理每兩年的盛會 時間： 2008年6月16日至6月19日舉行， 舉行地點：斯洛維尼亞(Slovenia）
首都諾比安娜市(Ljubljana) 東歐小國，緊鄰奧地利及義大利，飛行15hr. 土地是台灣的三分之二，人口是台灣10％， GDP是台灣的兩倍，號稱綠寶石， 寧靜、純樸、慢步調 ！
