71 漫游功能—Roaming Access 用户必须是Wiley授权的以IP地址控制的用户；
激活漫游功能后九十日内，用户可以自己的用户名/密码在任何地点登录WIS，而不受IP的限制。九十日后如果仍然需要漫游，需要重新激活。 关于漫游功能，在”about us“中详细说明了如何激活。需要注意的是： 用户必须是Wiley授权的以IP地址控制的用户； 在申请了个人用户名及密码后，在有效IP地址内，才可以激活漫游功能； 激活漫游功能后九十日内，用户可以以自己的用户名/密码在任何地点登录WIS，而不受IP的限制。九十日后如果仍然需要漫游，需要重新激活
